It was really a five star hotel, the food the spa ,the workers treat you with respect i did upgrade my room to a walk out pool room beautiful just so relaxing , room service was excellent. I would definitely recommend it.

I have been to this resort 3 times and the past 2 times were great. I never felt the need to try a different resort. This time I went service has went down and they charge for more things now that didnt in the past. Will now try a different resort.

This was me and my husband’s first time staying at an all inclusive hotel, and first time staying in Cancun and all I can say is that we were blown away. Everything was top tier from the service, the food, cleanliness, the spa. The vibe that they have going is so serene, we will definitely be back (:

We had the best experience at Atelier Playa Mujeres. This is a lux property that is modern, chic, and perfect for any couple looking a relaxing gateway that doesn’t require you to ever leave the property. We stayed 5 days and 4 nights without ever leaving the resort. The spa is out of this world and must if visiting!

Amazing service from housekeeping to room service to restaurants. The staff goes beyond expectations. The food was amazing everywhere we ate. The property is very well kept in all areas. There wasn’t any area we saw that needed to be improved. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Atelier was everything I was hoping for and more! The food and drinks are a tier higher than many other all-inclusive resorts, the property and rooms are gorgeous, and the service is top-notch. They were great about accommodating our group size and making dinner reservations for our large group and making it a special birthday trip.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the resort is constantly being cleaned and maintained. Everything was designed to look and feel stunning. There were more food opportunities than we had days to experience all of them. Beautiful resort that I'm excited to come to again!

Amazing hotel

This is an absolutely beautiful resort. Be prepared for mosquitoes in Mexico! But they supply spray. The resort is well cared for and the staff are amazing. Everyone was friendly and quick to assist use and make the most positive experience. I would definitely recommend Atelier

The rooms are very large, clean and comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and the food…excellent!

On the surface, Atelier looks like a 5 star resort, especially with the pools and beautiful lobby. However, if you look a little closer, you start to notice things that take away from the experience of a luxury resort. Our first room was essentially not cleaned (stains everywhere on the tables, light switches, telephone); the bathtub had makeup stains and soap scum. And the toiletry amenities they offered were the bare minimum (towels, one vanity kit, hand soap and lotion). But you had to request for anything else, like a comb, qtips, toothpaste etc.) When we moved to a different room, the shower drain was clogged; the phone was broken; the juices in the fridge were expired. However, these issues alone weren’t the problem. There seemed to be a communication problem amongst the different departments. What one department tells me never gets relayed to other relevant departments. For example, when we requested to switch rooms, it took hours and continuous followups with the staff to complete the request. I spent the first two days reaching out to staff, waiting on them to resolve the issues with our room, and following up with them to see when the room change would occur. There were other minor issues. A room service staff broke a bottle of sauce right in front of our door, but didn’t bother to clean up the glass shards. One server was particularly rude. In general, this was not the experience I expected of a luxury resort Atelier claims to be.

Absolutely beautiful property. The staff were all wonderful. Tons of food options. Pools were beautiful. I wish there were more shopping options because there is really only one store on the property, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. I would definitely return to this resort.

It was an excellent experience. We were treated so well and was extremely happy the entire trip. Couldn’t rave about this place enough.

This is the best resort I've ever visited in Mexico...I always thought that the Garza Blanca Puerto Vallarta was my top spot, but this exceeded my stay there...I can't wait to visit again...
