We had the most wonderful holiday at the Jumeriah Saadiyat. The staff and the service they provided was incredible- they went over and beyond to help and make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
The resort itself catered for all of us (as a family with a young child); the pools, the beach, the restaurants and gym/spa facilities were superb.
We went for our anniversary and wanted a luxurious experience - Jumeriah Saadiyat met these expectations and more.
I would highly recommend a stay here, with or without children.

Stunning hotel. Service was 10/10 food was amazing. The beach is beautiful. One tiny niggle was the pool is very small for the hotel but the staff went out of their way to get us more beds. Its quite far out so probably best to get a car but would highly recommend this hotel.

When I booked the property I was told it was pet friendly then the hotel emailed me and said pets were not allowed and I never got reimbursed for my stay that I never had. It is very upsetting and I will never book anything through Expedia again as you falsely advertised the hotel and won’t give me any reimbursement.

I had booked the room for my wife to stay there for 2 nights. I called guest relation to request for my wife’s room number so I can surprise her with cake and flowers but not only she didn’t assist me with the room number , she called my wife and ruined the surprise by informing her of my intentions. I specifically asked guest relation lady not to inform her about my surprise and she promised that she didn’t do so however this wasn’t true

My wife and I had an amazing stay! Everything is beautiful and service is great. Lots of families, singles and a mixed crowd so something for everyone. The staff show incredible hospitality. Shoutout to Darwin for leaving a treat for our anniversary. I would recommend this hotel resort to everyone!

Lovely hotel and location. Clearly a high-end hotel. Staff on the beaches are excellent as are the restaurant staff. However the check-in staff have issues and need some training in customer service. Our check-in process was slow. We had to wait a long time even after being told our room was ready. No refreshments were offered while we had to wait. And our Gold expedia status was not recognised despite it being on the booking. On check out we were charged by mistake for room service. It again took the check-out staff a long time to sort it out without even offering an apology for the mistake made by the hotel, instead making out it was our fault for noticing the error.

We had the best time. We travelled with our two kids and the kids club was so clean and modern. The staff were so friendly and the property was stunning and well located. The breakfast service was so well organised and the selection was wide. There were plently of spaces on the beach and we managed to spot a wild dolphin.

First, they didn’t even know about the platinum membership perks even tho they are a VIP hotel. We didn’t get a room upgrade which is ok but the room we did have had some issue. First the duvet had stains so we asked if they could change it. They did change it but left the first blanket in the room. The coffee mugs were also first so we needed them changed. Finally the tv wasn’t working so we needed someone to come and get it working. The manager did accommodate us for a free brunch which definitely helped improve our stay and overall the staff was nice. Just hate to see those kinds of issues for a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is really nice and it has one of the best beaches in the UAE. It is really clean and people are friendly and nice. Check in was bad. We were given a wrong room. We had to go back to reception and they had to check, which wasted quite some time. Also our room was not upgraded but they gave us complementary breakfast to make up for the room mixup

Loved the property. Loved the staff service and attention to detail. The restaurants were great. Someone in our group was in a wheelchair and we had kids.
