Everything was perfect.

The downstairs room needs updating. It has rusty faucets and a terrible kitchen area. There is no closet or even a bench to put your suitcase. Management is difficult to get a hold of. Just to let you know, staff does not speak English. The views are beautiful.

This is my second time staying at this property, & I think I love it more this time than I did last. This place is paradise. Everything about it is wonderful, & the family that owns it & lives on property are just great. Ignore any bad reviews you see. I can promise you those are just people with impossible expectations. Only hiccup was the Wi-Fi, but with a view like the one you get, who really needs Wi-Fi? It works, but it’s not incredibly fast, so if you are planning to work remotely, be prepared to use a hotspot. I did work remotely some while staying, & that worked fine for me. Again, I can say as I did in my original review that I slept better there than I have anywhere. They’ll get used to seeing me around. I’ll be back many more times. :)

Oceanfront property. I fell asleep to the sound of waves. Nice rooms and a beautiful courtyard with a pool. The Wifi was very dicey, but that just gave me an excuse not to work!

Nice place. A little hard to get to (on a sand road) Comfortable but power went in and out in the nights. Property manager was very nice and helpful. Specific location was right on the beach and beach was clean

Perfect for being close to the sea. Spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. Very friendly staff. Photos don't do justice to this place. I extended my stay.

This property says Progreso and it is definitely not in Progreso. Its in the small town of Chuburna where it feels like there is not another living soul around. You definitely need a car or taxi to get out & feel like your amongst the living. The wifi is terrible, went about a week without it. It's a nice place and the people that own it are very friendly but suitable only if you want complete solitude. The private beach is dirty so you won't be spending anytime there. Unfortunately its also non refundable once you've paid and clearly the owner isn't willing to refund any money for lack of wifi or evening leaving early.

Flamingos Inn was right on the beach with your own private place. You must have a car, though, as there is no public transport and you are too far from any stores. The staff were over the top Helpful, friendly, and courteous. Sweetest people in the Yucatán.

Clean, extra quite during pandemic, loved the breakfast that is custom made like a bed and breakfast. We rented the Cielo unit and the view was perfect. There was no need for curtains in the sliding glass doors leading to the balcony because the ocean is right there. Enjoyed the safe area. This is not the Hyatt hotel but it is cute and for the price we thought it was incredible and would only stay here when visiting again. The people here where humble and just the best. It was better than expected.

Let me start by saying I have traveled the world rather widely, & I honestly think this is my absolute most favorite place I’ve ever stayed! The owners live on site & are wonderful. Lucy met me outside when I arrived & walked me to my room & suggested many local eateries. She was extremely sweet & helpful through my stay. The attention to detail put into the rooms is phenomenal. It is just as comfortable as home. And the view is absolutely stunning! The pictures on Expedia don’t do it justice AT ALL! I wish I could upload all the Insta worthy shots I took of this place. You will have everything you need here, including a very comfortable bed. I think I slept better here than I ever have in my life. The location is not in the touristy area of Progreso; that is about 20 minutes away.WiFi worked great, & I was able to work some while visiting. Your beach is a private beach, only accessible by the residents, which I rather enjoyed, & the property is extremely secure. I could go on & on, but I will just say that I definitely plan to make it back in the near future. Everything about it was perfect!

The place is actually even way nicer than from the photos. The hosts are super nice, ocean view is priceless, rooms are spacious and very well equipped.

The room has a balcony with a view of the sea that makes laying in a hammock indoors a better experience. The hotel is simple, but the attention they pay to little details makes this place cozy.

This is an excellent property and one of the nicest I've been to. Michael and Rose are great hosts who go above and beyond for their guests. Everything is very well maintained and the beach, pool and grounds are first class. The breakfast by Rose are fabulous too! Thanks for the great stay!
