The location is great and once you stepped into the boutique hotel, it feels so quiet. The owner and staff speak perfect English and are extremely helpful. Joel at the reception even helped me patiently with translation of ADO website (website only in Spanish), so I could book return tickets to Cancun the next day. Breakfast was great and served earlier to accommodate our early morning tour. Highly recommend and will stay here when in Valladolid.

Very Friendly staff, very clean and a gorgeous backyard. We loved it!

- The location is perfect, right at the City centro - The breakfast was also great - The pool is really nice and the garden is beautiful and very peaceful - Parking is provided at the Burger King Parking Lot nearby (also it is guarded parking)

- There is a Club close to the hotel, it was extremely loud until 4am in the morning. This is probably only a problem on the weekend. -We had bad luck with the weather, it was quite cold and rainy and our room only had a thin sheet as a blanket, so we had to put our winter jacket on to sleep.

Fantastic location close to the main square. Taxi and Collectivo just over the road. Lovely little garden with large plunge pool. Lots of pretty trees and wildlife. Great family run hotel. Rooms very clean, a great size and good shower room. Nice coffee at breakfast !

loved the location of this property! it was further enough away to be out of the noise but perfectly close to the main square.

The pool was very nice and refreshing, perfect for the hot weather. The bed was super comfortable. The location is very good, just two minutes or so to the main square. I really enjoyed the breakfast.

Breakfast was good - the fresh orange juice was delicious. The pool was very nice too. Excellent location just a few minutes walk from the bus station.

Very difficult to get the temperature of the room comfortable - air conditioning left it either too hot or too cold.
