Great modern hotel, very good location next to railway station. The only complain was that sauna didn’t work the days of our stay. Rather than that it’s highly recommended.

The hotel is perfectly located for arrivals by train - it is a few minutes walk from the main train station and overlooks the train lines and out over the city centre towards the cathedral, fortress and mountains. The breakfast room has a great view. Breakfast was 22€ per person and had a good selection on offer of hot and cold items.
The room itself was surprisingly basic for a four star “design” hotel - there was no coffee machine, no additional pillows, no smart tv, and no additional toiletries other than shower gel. You come to expect these things of an 4 star hotel. Also the room insulation wasn’t great - while you couldn’t hear the trains outside, you could hear your neighbours from their rooms and the corridor.
There is a bar and roof terrace, but we didn’t visit these during our stay.
Everyone was friendly and professional, other than the night porter/receptionist, who checked us in and needs to work on his customer service - rude and trying to belittle guests is not the way forward as doesn’t give a good first impression.
The view and location are the star points for the hotel. I’m not sure it was worth the 4 star price tag.

first of all the surroundings of the hotel are not secure. the service of this hotel does not deserve a 4 star. our room was not cleaned and I had to ask reception twice before getting a maid. we were very disappointed. breakfast was included in the price but we didn't even want to have it in the hotel because it was so difficult for us to stay. we went outside to get it. really if you have to stay in a hotel in Salzburg. avoid the arte hotel.

Good hotel. Close to the train, rental car, and bus station. Dry and Infrared sauna were a big plus. Parking is €20 for the garage, but there is free street parking across the street from 7 PM to 9 AM weekdays.
My one gripe is that for a hotel with Art in its name the entrance, hallways and room are devoid of artwork. Maybe the signs saying “Be Art, Be Arte” are meant to tell us that we are the art but either way it’s weird. Get some art on the walls and this hotel would be great.

This is a beautiful, modern hotel with easy parking. The location was certainly close enough to walk safely to the city center in Salzburg . They had a very open and good size fitness room with floor to ceiling windows facing the road. They had a wonderful bar on the top floor with a view. It sat over the railroad tracks and station, which made it quite unique. The hotel and bar were soundproof. It was much fun to watch the trains coming into the station at night while having a drink. It was a perfect stay and we would very much recommend this hotel. Our only disappointment was that they don’t offer any food except for a very few minimal bar snacks. However, there are plenty of delicious restaurants in Salzburg, so this wasn’t an issue for us.

Facilities/room - comfortable room, but tea/coffee making only on request. Room had a fridge, but it didn't work, so asked reception to investigate - no action was taken and no follow up given.
Food - Bar upstairs has snacks, but no restaurant on site. Lots of options nearby for takeaway, and restaurants close by.
Breakfast is 23 euro each.

The full amount of my booking was paid through hotels.com. There was a double charge by this hotel after checking out. In my attempts to verify the charges and obtain a refund, I contacted them numerous times without receiving their response. Check your bank account if you are staying at this hotel.

A very nice modern hotel that is conveniently situated for the railway station. It is in a newly built tower block and the views from the higher levels and bar restaurant are fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful .

I was not keen on the glass bathroom partition in the room although there is also a curtain for a bit more privacy. It would still be awkward if I had been sharing with a friend. The gym is very small but hotel guest also have access to a huge public gym next door. Air con was effective. Overall a great stay and would come back to this hotel

- Location was excellent, near the bus and train station and a few steps away from the old town.
- Loads of shops nearby.
- Staff was friendly, nice and helpful.
Cons:
- The only thing that I didn't like was the shower area which didn't have a door. The room was divided with a glass wall and sheer curtains, which could be weird if you're traveling with a friend or a sibling/cousin.

The studio room is very spacious and has excellent view of the mountains. Location wise it is perfect because it’s very close to the main station and to various tourist attractions.
However we didn’t like the bathroom because it has no door and we need to be careful not to leak water into the bedroom due to its weird design.

Very nice room, a little small, but had a fabulous view. Pay for the breakfast buffet…best one I've seen not in a resort.

It is very good clean and quiet place and near by the markets and restaurants but it not has free garage it not include the price of rent room but it is safe garage, also it not has mini bar like boiler and cups, tea , sugar coffee..
