The hotel has an amazing staff, very helpful and going the extra mile to make our stay pleasant. Located in a good area with shopping and many restaurants. The room was large, newly refurbished and clean. The down side for us was no TV with news channel in English. Would recommend to a friend.

We were very impressed with the foyer and Yota! She provided personalized service for directions, reservations with the best seat at the Grand Britagna. Our suite on the 6th floor had everything we needed. Fruit baskets and another basket of goodies. Spotlessly clean rooms. Breakfast was delicious and the dinner on the rooftop had the best view of the acropolis you could ever imagine. I loved the decor, they offered many decorative items for purchase as well. The check out and reception by George was superb. They really care and provided such warm hospitality and service. We forgot our charger and converter we called and they immediately went to our room and retrieved them and placed them with our stored luggage.

Excellent experience at The Pinnacle. The staff were amazing. We enjoyed our penthouse suite. It was charming and clean. The free breakfast was better than restaurants in the area. Highly recommend!

Small boutique style hotel. Great service and close to everything. Rooftop view was spectacular and the staff very friendly.

Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are clean, the rooftop restaurant offers an amazing view of the Acropolis, and the food was great. It is within easy walking distance to most of the major attractions. Highly recommend.

Very service-minded personel. Some noise in the morning from the church bells. Location is very practical - close to a lot of restaurants and the old part of Athens

The staff was so friendly. They were able to give us lots of information about traveling around Athens, what to see, and what to do. Restaurants were walkable from the hotel. The room was clean. It was a little noisy at night as we were on floor 2 close to the road, may have been quieter if we were in a room higher up. Great stay overall!

The Pinnacle is a very high standard hotel. They arranged transportation for us. It was certainly luxury transportation but it's important to be in a safe roadworthy car with a skilled driver. We were picked up in a new black Mercedes DE class car. Gorgeous. Our driver Kostos waited very patiently at the airport for us as our flight was delayed by almost an hour. Seamless pick up and meeting. No scrambling around looking for a taxi ect. Very important when you have been up traveling for 24 hours. Yota ( spelling is only an approximation ) greeted us at The Pinnacle reception. It was very apparent immediately that she was a very genuine and truly warm person. Check in - seamless. Room was spotless. Bed had an excellent mattress and sheets. Bathroom was large with a waterfall type shower with great pressure. A luxury in Europe. In room dining food was very flavorful and delivered hot. Great variety of local dishes and comfort food like clubhouse sandwiches. Breakfast for 15 Euros was a bargain. The baked goods and there were a myriad of them were baked in house by the woman chef. Delicious. Juices were plentiful and a good variety. Other breakfast staples were available but the pastries and cheese rolls were outstanding. Sadly we only stayed one night. However, we were so impressed by The Pinnacle 'operation' that we cancelled our food tour booked online and opted for The Pinnacle arranged one. YOTA arranged this tour for us. She is a gem and gave my wife a big hug.

At the end of the touristy area, so it was very noisy.

Great location and Yota was a fantastic host. Would book here again. Every one of our requests, some of which were unusual were met with a smile. Great job to the staff at The Pinnacle Athens.

The only bad thing is elevators. Plus, bar service on roof is not open so takes awhile to get drinks. In photos it shows a pool, no pool on premises.

The best hotel in Athens. I love the pool that overlooks the acropolis. Dining does also. Perfect location close to plaka. Highly recommended!

Fantastic hotel. It’s in a terrific area - safe, easy walk (15-20 minutes) to the Acropolis and even less to the Agora and Monestiraki Square. Abundant dining choices, even for my picky teenagers. More importantly, the staff is incredible. Kind, polite and generous. Fluent English (as none of us speak Greek) so no communication issues. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning and they were quick to resolve and so apologetic - they even gifted us some treats to make amends (which really was unnecessary). Would highly recommend.

A gem of a hotel in the center of Athens. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The hotel is well appointed and has an amazing roof top with an excellent view of the Acropolis. The neighborhood is has lots of lovely shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

Great staff, location, views from roof are phenomenal, and service was impeccable. Also, enjoyed the food at their very quaint rooftop restaurant!
