Wonderful stay at Vik cottages! Easy to access, lovely front desk staff who direct you to the cottages. Everything is very walkable or a short drive. Very cleans and nice.

Cute little cottage! Super clean and comfy. A bit noisy with people on the other side of the cottage but other than that had a great stay

Lovely view of Vik, the church and the ocean.Had a nice dinner at hotel next door where you check in. Very friendly staff. Comfortable room had a good shower. Just wish we could have gotten an included breakfast.

The cottage rooms are pretty small - compared to the pictures posted on the website

Convenient location, near Black Sand Beach, not too far from Diamond Beach and east end of island and near the most beautiful waterfalls.

These cottages are so cute and cozy! They are tucked into the most beautiful back drop mountains! Everything was clean and conformable. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by amazing sites. There are also many close fining options. We enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend!

Great spot to lay our heads during our Iceland road trip. The cottage was cozy, comfortable, and quiet, and in a lovely location walkable to restaurants and coffee shops.

Beautiful surroundings although I was told that the Lupins are considered invasive. Cottage was cute, very small but had a bed that was very comfortable. We liked not to check in with a crowd of people. We prefer independence and having our own space.

Cottage is micro small. Shared wall that is thin like tissue and you can hear your neighbors heart beating.

The staff was nice and the property was clean. However, we were told we would have a small kitchen, there wasn’t even a fridge. We were told we would have laundry but that’s only for the hotel. It was misleading overall.

I would stay here again. The location is convenient, checking is hassle free. The bathroom is really small though. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean.

It was a great stay in Vik. The cottage is comfortable. Parking is easy. Meals at the Vik Hotel were delicious. It was a wonderful base to explore the area.

Great landing spot for one night on a 9 day road trip around Iceland. Conveniently off the highway, with amenities around (grocery, restaurant, gas). The small cottage was cute and homely, and clean. The only thing to note is that the shower/bathroom is incredibly small (shower doors fold out). It didn’t bother us but may be challenging for someone taller/bigger.

Cozy perfect cabin right in the town of Vik. Walkable to the beach horse riding, coffee, or black crust pizzeria. Puffins nesting on the mountain behind us! Loved it!

Location of the property is excellent, just underneath the mountain. You can see some birds in the mountains through your window. bathroom is very small, it could have been a little bit bigger

Great place to stay! Close to many restaurants, and to the beach! Staff was great an accommodating!

The cottages are part of the Hotel Vik. The hotel looked abandoned at first as you have to go a little further for the main entrance. Check in was easy and the room was ready a little before check in time. There is parking by the cottages but you have take luggage up some slopes. Each cottage has two sides. You will hear the noise of the doors on the opposite side opening and closing but beside that don’t hear your neighbors too much. The room was decent size. The king bed might actually be two beds put together. Even has separate comforters. The beds were soft and I didnt care for the blankets. They were lump and hard to get right. The bathroom was small. It had a heater in there which was nice. The shower was a corner shower with doors that collapse in and then when needed open out and then you go in and connect them again. Small shower and the floor outside will get wet. The water temp and pressure was great and I actually enjoyed the shower. There was WiFi in the cottage and a decent amount of channels on the tv. Overall it was a clean room. Small bathroom. Cottages are in the back of the city but quiet.

Good location, easy access to black sand beach! Room is clean, nice and warm. What i love most is the adjustable heater.

Very small and basic cottage but clean and modern. The shower is super tiny. They have all this land, just don’t understand why they have to build such a tiny cottage, it’s not as if they are limited in space. It was ok for a one night stay.

Didnt realize ourcabin was actually two rooms, not dure if it was clear on expedia so i was a little disappointed. The view wasnt great a lot of construction out front. It was a convient location though.
