Great Apartment and very clean and proper. Owners, and particularly Dave, was very helpful and we felt looked after and safe and secure. Close to everything you would need to be in Newcastle and free on site parking was a blessing so close to the town centre. Equipment provided was very good and complete. Stayed with my brother and sister in two bed appt. and loads of room and a nice lounge/kitchen. Beds comfortable but I think better pillows would be the only comment I would make in the 'prefer to have' category - they were a bit too flimsy. Great stay and will be going back when next in Newcastle. Thanks, Anthony.

A very nice little place to stay, which has everything you need!!

Beautiful apartment and very spacious! No intercom so had to run down stairs to get my shopping and takeaways.

Bentwicks apartments were fantastic apartment was very moder spacious, smart tv with netflix, modern roomy bedrooms Apartment was very clean Lots of local shops close to hand about 10 minutes away from the city centre which was great and apartments were reasonably priced for the location and the apartment its self The guy who met us at apartments was very friendly expalined what was close to hand overrall very good

A very well styled apartment with all of the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, bathroom/wet room was very modern and the living area was just the right size for a couple. The location of the apartment is near a busy road which made it a little noisy with the windows open, but other than that - a great stay.

Great apartments and very good service and there was no hesitation in moving me when the heating wasn’t working. Overall a great experience and I’d definitely stay again. Many thanks

Good: nice location near a bus stop into the city centre. Plush carpets and comfy sofa. Nice price. Bad: unacceptably poor mattress (it really was that shocking). Poor standard of finishes, e.g. ceiling speakers not secured properly. Smoke detector directly over oven, so goes off every time you cook. No blankets etc. available, only 1 pillow per person. Shower pressure noticeably poor. Had to call and wait for someone to arrive to check in despite giving an ETA. Didn’t see anyone to check out, so left keys in box. No soundproofing so could clearly hear other guest’s music etc. at night through the walls.

The room was clean, cosy and well-equipped with kitchenware. The money spent was worth it. The location’s great as it’s close to the shops. We’d definitely choose to stay here again if we ever travel to Newcastle.

Very clean and tidy. Slightly lacking in some kitchen utensils but we coped.Only complaint was the noise from another apartment where someone was clearly having a party but it would be wrong to hold this against the owners

Nicely appointed, clean and thoughtful touches like juice in the fridge and coffee etc. Beds and bedding excellent. Shower good. We couldn’t get Netflix but a small thing. Only slight negative was noise inside and outside in the early hours. Again, not a big issue and I would book again.

Kitchen appliances were all great. Some basic kithen equipment lacking (feedback given). Rain shower -nice. Comfortable and relaxing furniture. Found the placing of the bed in the room a problem, Location is good, plenty of restaurants and shops close by.

The property was modern, very clean. Nice touches such as toiletries, milk and juice.

There was fresh milk, water bottles and fruit juice . Which I don't find in other apartments. It was impressive.

Everything was really good, the only downside which didn’t really affect us that much is there was a lot of noise from other guests. It’s still worth it though.

We stayed here for my sisters 21st. The apartment was amazing so modern and stylish with everything we needed. It was only a short 5min taxi to the centre of Newcastle and we all had an absolute ball!

Stayed here with a few friends, the apartment was amazing! Loved the interior design it was very modern and clearly very new. Staff were so friendly and helpful and they included lots of extra touches such as biscuits, fresh milk and juice which was a lovely addition. Great location was a quick taxi into the city centre. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying again.

The suite that we rented is very spacious and suitable for couples. Very clean and the receptionist is very friendly to us. Shops and restaurants are very near to the apartment. Only 10 mins to the central station by bus. Great apartment, worth your money.
