great location right by the bridge in the old city. had a lovely room overlooking the river and couldnt have asked for more!

Very nice place to stay, the standard room was very spacious with comfortable bed, area to sit, terrace outside, large bathroom and shower, minifridge, coffee and tea in shared area. We only stayed one night, wish we would have book 2 nights in Verona. There is lot to see in town and accommodation was great. They have parking across the river, easy to find and park in private garage. Closed to all attractions. The only negative is that there is a construction right now (Oct 2023) in front of hotel and it is not easy to unload your suitcases.....not the hotel fault.

Trouble free booking and check-in, with large, comfortable & clean bed rooms. A fantastic location right on the river Adige and for central Verona, but with friendly, local restaurants and bars. Be careful going up (and especially down) the spiral staircase to the uppermost roof terrace.

Excellent place to stay!! Short walk to everything. While there isn't a restaurant on-site, there are 2 virtually across the street and many more within a very short walk. Get the room(s) with the river view - absolutely gorgeous!!

Lovely hotel. Very easy to find and everything is within 25-30 minutes walking. The hotel is next to the river and offers some lovely views from the roof terrace. Nice spacious room and air conditioning worked really well. Would definitely recommend.

A nice room situated a couple of minutes walk from centre of Verona. Kitchen facilities available. I only stayed one day but staff friendly. Room was very spacious with outside access to roof terrace.

A unique hotel experience for me. One of a kind, a B&B within a commercial building. I guess only in a historical city such as Verona you will experience a unique place to sleep. It was dead quiet at night, and I thought I had the entire building to myself. Yes, a little spooky, but, as my host mentioned "George, you are in Europe". I nevertheless enjoyed my stay here, and if my future travels take me to Verona, this would be my place to spend the night.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again!

The traffic flow was a challenge driving in, but once we checked in we learned we had a reserved space in a nearby garage. We had an easy time walking to every site we wanted to see and grabbed a good meat/cheese board with glasses of wine next door with zero wait and a peaceful view in which to dine.

The hotel has the most appalling entry. You need a code to enter the building and then have to enter a lift to the second floor and the reception is not always manned. We could not park outside to unload our luggage as there are roadworks in progress at present, so that presented significant HH difficulties. On top of that, our room was not cleaned on the second day when we returned after lunch. I asked that it be cleaned as we wanted an afternoon nap and did not want to be disturbed. I was told the cleaner would be asked to do so. We waited over an hour and then no one came, whereupon I asked reception again, only to be told they weren't ready yet. It was after 4 pm before that occurred. Language was a difficulty, but the stay was difficult. The entry was always a challenge.

This was truly one of the best stays I've ever had - I'm just sorry it could only be for one night! The hotel was absolutely beautiful, so impeccably clean and in a brilliant location, while everyone working there was extremely friendly, kind and helpful. If only every place could be like Lady Verona! An absolute dream in a beautiful place.

The property was well maintained, very clean and comfortable. The property manager Anna was very professional and very friendly. Rooftop view of Verona was very impressive. We will definitely return. Highly recommended!

Wonderful property and very well managed.

Anna was a Gem. Because of road construction, we had a hard time finding the entrance. Anna came out and met us, helped us carry our bags up, and rode with us to the parking garage and then walked us back. Even before we arrived, she was in communication with us regarding parking, check in and check out, and she even registered our vehicle with the city council for us. The room was clean and quaint, the hotel was close to everything, and Anna was a gem!

I had a fantastic stay. My room was very clean and spacious. It is perfectly located just a five minute walk to all the sites. The staff were super friendly and accommodating.

location was great for all our plans, walking distance for shopping, dining, sightseeing or just strolling along the Etsch river, breakfast places are easy to find near by, room and view were fantastic. the construction right in front of the door was unpleasant, but hopefully it is finished pretty soon

A wonderful and central location at the edge of the old down, walking distance of everything. Nice spacious room, very comfortable bed. Nice amenities like a shared kitchen, coffee machines on all floors and a rooftop terrace.
