Did not stay but was forced to pay for a reservation that was made in error and every effort was made to cancel immediately!
The Athens 4 team member (Nicoletta) told me to track out to Expedia. When I did they relayed that another Athens 4 team member denied the request!
This establishment is a bunch of money grabbing clowns and Hotel.com needs to re-evaluate promoting their property.
I will continue to fight this charge.

The beds are low to the ground and uncomfortable. You have to ask the desk to get the AC lowered, and it doesn’t stay at a low temperature..the desk in our room was unusable it was up against the bed.

Location, location. The hotel itself is nice. Jacuzzi room, FYI, there is no separate shower. You have to use the hand held shower head from the Jacuzzi to take a shower/bath. Breakfast included was nice and staff was great. Elevator was quiet and fast. Key card to enter the building so you felt safe. Breakfast was included which was great. If you stay there a whole week, it's exact same food but saves on time and $$ if you don't mind.
We ate everyday. Close to everything even Monastraki Square, restaurants, grocery, main streets. only DownSIDE is the internet is slow. You cannot watch YouTube Videos, which means you cannot watch any streaming. I sent my wife a vid message while exploring, less than 30secs and she could not view it.

My review is probably a little misleading. I actually loved the property and thought the staff were outstanding. The property is close to everything you need. The only downside is the area around it is a little run down...but the hotel is not. I would definitely come back.

Didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast since we were touring or traveling very early, but they offered us a bag of food.

The hotel itself was comfortable, the staff were friendly and breakfast was good. The area directly around the hotel was a bit sketchy if I was able to do a street view we may not have stayed there. That said everywhere was pretty much the same. It was very centrally located an easy walk to the plaza and all the places to eat. We would return here.

The hotel is located in a great place, close to everything you need to visit as a first timer in the city. Rooms are of good size, modern, beds are comfortable, shower is huge. Breakfast delicious. Staff are very friendly, agile and always willing to help. The only bad thing is a restaurant/bar in the corner which is very busy during night until 2 am

The staff is very hospitable and we loved their recommendations for local brunch and meals. The hotel is walking distance from the agora and monastiraki square and from a street with a row of restaurants. Breakfast was adequate and loved the cappuccino from their delonghi machine

Location was convenient. Cute little breakfast. Area felt safe with the lock system to get in. Rooms are easy to hear anything in the hall but it was quiet overall except some church bell rang sooo loud at like 7 in the morning in the room. The front desk isn’t always there- we came back and several people were waiting to get their luggage to get to cruise ships but overall good stay

Cristina in the front desk was awesome, took care of all our needs with her staff. Very nice breakfast, clean and confortable rooms. She also coordinated to have our laundry needs taken care off, since we had a 3 weeks trip that detail really made our trip much better. Thanks Cristina and Athens4.
