Room was excellent except had a wall panel to operate room lights, air con, and tv. It was very confusing to operate. The Chinese Restaurant was excellent, other restaurants not so good. Breakfast would be better with western items more available.

Like convenient to visit relatives, transportation service available right away, staffs are friendly, dining are available, parking was excellent
Dislikes, i could not sleep due to the noise of the hvac, is located just outside the unclean window room 639, reported that the closet lights will not turned off but the staffs somehow did not follow through, last 2 nights of stay was still on, the first night we stayed, there was a bath gel, had used it and the 3 nights we were there, staff never restock, small/tiny roaches were walking beside the floor lamp and I reported as well.

The hotel was well maintained, clean and comfortable. Several dining options were available Japanese, Chinese and American. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Clark area.

The entrance is in the back off the Main Street so it was confusing in where to enter…but the hotel staff and facilities were absolutely 5 star!

I upgraded because it had a bath, but I was actually offered a room without a bath.I complained repeatedly, but they wouldn't change my room. I was shocked even though I paid for the upgrade. It was my first time using this hotel in a foreign country, so I gave up. I don't want to use it again in the future. Please be careful when making reservations.

Over all it was a nice because of the friendly staff. They were helpful and attentive. My biggest complaint was that the air-conditioners didn't work very well. I switched rooms and had the same problem. I asked for repairs, which they attempted. But still didn't work well. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

Our recent stay with this hotel wasn't very pleasant upon check-in. Unlike the previous times we stayed there.
The first room they gave us was old, stinky and not so clean. We had to make new arrangements before they made us transfer in a different room. To think that we had stayed at the same hotel few times already and not to mention a member too. We have booked early (as always) and checked-in late. But nonetheless it was sorted out in the end. Although the replacement room they gave was not as nice as expected.

I was traveling alone for pleasure. My stay at Best Western as amazing! The room was clean, comfortable and we'll equipped! The staff was very courteous and professional. I would definitely stay with them during my next visit to the area.

The property was nice, although both shower drains in the 2 rooms I booked were clogged after showering; I shouldn’t have to call anyone after - it should have drained properly, one room I can understand but both were too coincidental, not a good impression to a new hotel. Would I return, the answer is Yes!

Excellent and friendly staff, very clean, comfortable. Only complaint was the breakfast. It was cold and and tasteless. Bread was stale.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable.
One thing we didn't like - there was an incident in the dining facility during our breakfast. A foreign customer was harassing the local dining crew to our surprise and disappointment. My wife and I were upset seeing a foreigner embarrassing the crew in front of other customers. To us, that's unacceptable and should not be tolerated. Please do something about this case so as not to lose future customers. Thank you.

Very satisfied. Will stay here again. 2 comments for improvement. AC fan in the room is loud. Wish it was more quiet. Would be nice to have mist fans at the pool open area and relaxing music is more suitable than dance music or play it by ear with the mood of the guests in the area.

The hotel is furnished to a high standard, my room (deluxe room) was clean, spacious and well furnished and IMO excellent value for money. The electronic light control for the room has a strange design and takes a bit of getting used to. Buffet breakfast was ok.
The hotel building has an ackward and peculiar design, it was built and joined on to the back of the Savers Mall - and the lobby entrance to the hotel is at the back of the building!
Service from the all the staff was very good. There is a Cactus Jack Smokehouse restaurant on the ground floor in the Savers Mall building, which is connected to the lobby area of the hotel. The restaurant is nicely furnished and the food there is very good.
