Air con not working properly especially in one of the room not seem to be adequate at all one of the room was a ants cave my daughters spent the whole night trying to kill the bunch , only one shower for 8 people stay are not good water not hot enough therefore not enjoyed the experience

Great location. Nice property. Staff were super friendly. Family stayed here comfortably. Only issue was the street noise, but somewhat expected due to the central location.

location is fabulous right in the monastirakiou neighborhood with street souvlaki, flaked bakery and a pharmacy just across the street. a block to ermou street and the square with flea market and 360 rooftop bar! apt 320 was spacious clean and modern and fit 5 adults with two queens and a sofa bed made up in the living area. an air conditioned oasis! you have to switch on the boiler for hot water. shampoo supplied. receptionists friendly and helpful arranging a van for transport to sounio beach and temple of poseidon. driver christian… kudos for finding us a lovely beach club. and transport to the port for our cruise. full fridge with ice making in one tiny tray & 2 hangers each room (more would be appreciated!). there is definitely street traffic noise and the occ siren and easy to hear the neighbours through the walls but overall we loved it and would come again!

I would book this every visit. I loved this apartment it was so beautiful! Finding it was a bit tricky at midnight so I would recommend looking at Google street viewer so you recognise it. There's a great Croughnut place down the road and a cute cafe on the ground floor. My kids loved this apartment as well and the bedrooms are at opposite sides of the living room and the windows have internal shutters so it can be completely blackout for naps. The reception team were very welcoming.

We stayed two nights. Although we were promised an early checkin this was not the case and after a overnight flight and long day we crushed in the lobby sofas waiting for our rooms. Right in the centre of Athens within the narrow streets. Front entrance to hotel much better than back entrance. Breakfast cafe staff very nice.

We stayed one night. Great location. Wonderful shops in vicinity. Very clean. Kitchen could use a briki for Greek coffee. Make sure you ask at the desk. Needed sheets for the sofa bed. They were provided quickly. Staff were great. Also the check in desk was nice feature. Definitely would stay again

This place was great. Walking distance to alot of sites, clean, comfortable and friendly staff. You feel like you are at home, full kitchen, even has a washing machine. There’s a near by supermarket if you didn’t bring your own detergent

A modern property with good sized rooms but unfortunately in need of some basic maintenance and housekeeping. Well located only a short walk from the centre of town with unlimited dining and shopping options. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Great property near the centre of Athens. Walk to all the attractions, acropolis, museum, Syntagma, metro all within 10min walk. Easy walk to all the shopping streets. Excellent front desk staff. The girls were very helpful answering all our questions and assisting us with taxis etc.

Such a great stay and amazing staff at the desk. Will definitely return when in Athens again. The location is centrally located to great shopping, food, nightlife and of course the beautiful archaeological attractions.

Disgusting, filthy property. Do not stay here. BEWARE. We have been cheated as they refuse to refund our money, even though the property was in disgraceful condition when we arrived. We booked at 9.25am, and arrived less than 3 hours later to check in. We spent 5 minutes in the property and decided it was unacceptable and not fit for us to stay in. We’ve requested a refund through Expedia who advised that the property refused to refund our money. This is theft!! This is an awful property that is very shabby and dirty. The walls and doors, and light switches of the apartment were filthy and damaged all over. The shower base was not clean. The kitchenette and table surfaces were dirty with food stains, and disgusting filthy sponges left in the sink. The cupboard doors hung off the cabinets. The light fittings were very dirty. It is obvious that all they do is change the bed sheets and sweep the floor. This is not a “luxury apartment” as advertised and it is very poor quality. The property has displayed misleading photos and descriptions of the property. Shame on Expedia for allowing the propert to misrepresent their accommodation. This is 2 star at most! It was not fit to stay in as I didn’t want to touch anything due to how dirty it was. The reception staff “Panagiota” offered to reclean the room, which we refused as there was no way they could make the room acceptably clean. Do not book here. They lie about the state and quality of their property.

Big area for the rooms. They helped with our transportation as well going to the port.

Everything was great but unfortunately the wifi was lacking for our stay and that was important as we.did.not.have great cell reception either. Apart from that it was great.

Small apartment ideal for 1 suited me perfectly. Washing machine and kitchen so was able to do my washing and get it dry overnight. Will definately use it again if travelling to Athens. Staff helpful and pleasant. Thank you

Good location with restaurants close by. The fridge was turned off on arrival and took hours to become cold. Also hot water was slow to heat, it was hot by the next morning. It did have a good washing machine. The kitchen was okay, could have been better equipped. It was an easy walk to Syntagma Square.

Clean apartment hotel. Excellent location! Everything you want to do in Athens is within walking distance. In fact, it is best to walk around in Athens because traffic is crazy.

Be prepared for sofa and bed that are just inches from the floor. Not good if you have back or knee issues. Nice kitchen appliances. Never used washing dryer combo. Never had good luck with those.

Well placed, easy access to public transport, grocery shops, bar-rest
