Lovely hotel, have stayed here several times for weekends. The rooms are clean have coffee tea and bathroom facilities. They is a swimming pool and a roof top where you can relax. The staff are friendly polite and helpful. It’s well located in the centre, plenty of shops bars restaurants, and a few minutes walk to the port.

Good location if travelling on foot/taxis. Nightmare if you are driving, advertised with parking but had no car park space except for on the street. Great for a short stay but thats about it.

Our stay was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean and attentive staff. Location was right in the old part of kusadasi.

No parking space, noisy street (close to bar street), no noise in the room if you are closing window. Very nice staff (especially cleaning lady), due to lack of clients their breakfast varieties / service was poor, but with always fresh bread & fruits. Walking distance: to city center - 2 mins, to bus station - 15 mins. There are markets, pharmacies and other shops around.

I was impressed by exterior of the hotel (room and the building, swimming pool and terrace restaurant). Very clean, cleaning service was provided on daily basis. Open buffet breakfast (but lack of breakfast varieties) with always fresh bread and fruits. Location: 15-20 mins away by walk from Kusadasi Otogar (Bus Station), in city center, with perfect view to city center (close to bar street, that is why a bit noisy, but while closing windows there is no noice in the room and you can enjoy the sleep).

Cons: The rooms were noisy at nights and the refrigerator barely worked. The cleaning lady once put one of our tooth brushes upside down on the basin.Also there wasn't any place for us to dry our cloths. Pros: The staff were friendly and the pool was clean.The breakfast was fair enough. All in all wouldn't suggest this hotel.

Very good central location. Manager and staff extremely helpful with car parking, bags, information, and friendly and kind. Breakfast was excellent.

Eliada Hotel has a perfect location. They serve tasty breakfast and they are a helpful and pleasing staff.

This is a cute and quaint little hotel at the edge of the old and bazaar. The rooms are reasonably sized and clean. They are modern enough without being luxurious. The pool is great and an oasis of peace and quiet just steps away from the buzz of the city. The room was also very quiet and the windows also kept the nightlife muffled sufficiently. Breakfast was plentiful and the service personal and friendly. Whatever additionals we needed was just an ask away. Overall, we gave this excellent rating not least because of the great value for money. As a further testament to our satisfaction, we extended the stay twice.

Very clean, very kind staff, excellent location, excellent breakfast, Eliada hotel carries the standards of Kusadasi to a whole new level. They make Kusadasi a better place. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thank you for everything!

This property is in a great location, it is so cute and breakfast is very nice! You have to make a trip to the roof! The view is amazing, but no one comes there. A small bar would be great up there.
