The location was good but I feel that they should have noise-blocking windows as it's sup[er close to the station and better blinders.

The hotel location is a short walk to the train station, food & shopping. Rooms are small but clean. My only con is that the pillows are rock hard & uncomfortable to sleep on

We had a great stay here. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and everything was well organized. The room was quite small, which is to be expected, but the configuration allowed very little space to store luggage, especially with two people. Overall though, we had an excellent stay, and will consider them again in the future.

It was a fantastic stay! The hotel has friendly staff and amenities near the front desk for you to pick up. There's also a sento in the hotel which residents can use for free, and I definitely took advantage of it. Nice beds, I like the separation of shower space, toilet and wash basinmaking it more convenient if you're staying as two in the same room. There's no view from my room but it doesn't matter. I had a comfortable stay. Great water pressure and ekoufh space in the room for me to clean up luggage etc. also, thank you to Ms. Zeng, the Taiwanese staff member who offers a lot of helpful info and to the morning shift staff who offered a wheelchair! My dad got sick on our last day and I had to take him to a nearby clinic and I would not have been able to do this if they didn't have a wheelchair available for me to use. There's also a lot of facilities nearby, lots of restaurants, two shopping centres with tons of shops, bars, convenience stores, and many other entertainment options. Note that this hotel still needs a good 15 min walk to the actual Keikyu station where you can take a direct train to Haneda Airport, so this is better for those with little luggage. But you can always ship your luggage to Haneda and save yourself the headache. I'll definitely come back as I had a very comfortable stay and thanks to the staff was able to sort out every query and need I have. Thank you!

My stay at Hotel Amanek was reliable and very convenient, as it was close to a train station. The front desk staff were informative and even gave me a map with pictures when I asked for directions to a bus that would take me to Haneda airport. I stayed in a single room and it was small, but everything I needed as I wasn't spending time at the hotel other than to sleep. I was able to fit two fairly large suitcases inside the room, but they were able to go behind/beside the front entrance/door without obstructing too much of the small walking area between the door, bathroom, and bed. There was also a Family Mart around the corner so I was able to grab quick snacks between going out and coming in from a long day, which was very convenient.

Excellent area to commute with many different train lines.The clean hotel is in a quiet area close to everything Staff are great. Highly recommend.

Good location. 5 minutes walking from JR and bus station. Many shops and restaurants around. Room was clean but small. Tatami-style room with western bed mattress. Not easy to get up from bed. Thanks to allow me one hour later check out due to earthquake in early morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. No free luggage keeping after check out. 1,000yen per one luggage.

Great location. Kamata JR station is a few min walk. So many restaurants and shopping within mins walking from the hotel. I would come back again!

The property is nice and affordable. The area has a lot of shopping and food options.

Location is close to the Kamata station and they do have a public bath which is a plus. The staff was friendly and checkin was speedy. Now the bad points: The twin rooms are terrible for elderly and disabled people. Very hard to get out of bed and space is very limited. Their checkout time is 10 am so if you want late check out at 11 it will cost you 1500 yen. If you want them to watch your bag if you are going to the airport later it is 1000 yen per bag. For us we will not stay there again. Too dangerous for older travelers

It was good that the place was very near from the station. What I didn't like was that they charge 1,000 yen to check the luggage after you check out the room.

Typical East Asian metropolitan low-cost hotel; incredibly clean, incredibly helpful and friendly staff, incredibly conveniently located, but also incredibly small. We felt like caged animals. We literally had no room to stand, both of us at the same time!

Very clean

The location of this hotel was awesome. Practically steps away from the Kamata station. We only stayed for one night, but I really enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were a decent size, and the front desk staff was kind and helpful. The only downside is that we had to pay 1,000 Yen for them to hold our luggage after check out. We stayed at 3 other hotels on our trip, and no one else charged for that. At least it wasn’t expensive… but kind of weird. I’d recommend this hotel!

Great service and location!

The hotel was really closed to the Kamata station. Just 1 min walk!! Also many restaurants options are available around that area. So many choices!! Family mart (convenience store) is nearby and I could spend quiet time at night. The best thing about this hotel is that they have public bathroom. It is a little bit small but I don’t mind. I do recommend this hotel.

Amazing staff and wonderful, small room hotel to stay in, in Tokyo. very small rooms, but the public bath makes up for everything.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The staff was incredibly helpful, especially when it came to forwarding our luggage to our next hotel. Would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Japan.

Nice and clean hotel right beside Kamata St and walking distance to shopping area and food. I would say rooms are spacious for a hotel in the metro Tokyo area. It’s only a 20 minute bus ride from Haneda that cost only 300Yen to Kamata St then a few minutes walk to the hotel.
