Booked a Saturday night stay in the city for a date night and dinner out. Was looking forward to trying the hotel restaurant Clark & Bourbon. Bar experience was average, restaurant experience was poor. Maitre d' was rude and not helpful. We were told there was no space for dinner despite many empty tables at 6pm. We asked what time we could make a reservation and were told 10pm, then maybe 8pm. Hopped online and was able to make a reservation for 7pm. We ended up going elsewhere for dinner and when we returned just after 8pm both the bar and restaurant were empty. Rooms are clean but small, nothing special. Phone charger did not work, shower door was not installed properly and wouldn't close all the way, quite a bit of nighttime street noise, $30 parking, $50 valet. The entire experience did not meet expectations for the price.

The hotels picture advertises a rooftop with a fire pit. There isn’t in fact a rooftop, also I requested a microwave and checked in and there’s no microwave in the rooms! I paid $213 for one night not to mention a $100 incident fee that’s not mentioned until you check in! Parking is $35 for self and $50 for Valet! Not worth it!

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown St. Louis. Service is good. There is loud music from outside in the night which bothered me a lot.

Were greeted with a big smile and welcome by Mike the valet and then a glass of Persecco. The location is perfect for strolling and restaurants. Our room had a view of Busch Stadium. We had a marvelous time.

Our stay at Live at Lowe’s was very Good. They did their best to accommodate us. No pool which was a disappointment for our son, but it was my fault for assuming. Location was great. Our room was little but smaller than we had hoped but for 2 nights it was fine. Our view of the Busch Gardens Stadium was pretty cool along with the decor of the rooms and hotel Cardinals Baseball theme. The Outlook Outdoor patio bar was closed both nights. First night because of a private party. The second night assuming the earlier rain so that was disappointing. But, Overall a Very Good hotel to stay in. Very comfortable beds!

Property was good, albeit basic. Downstairs bar was good, but the room was on the small side and the soaps provided were not great. Staff was good.

As far as a place to stay and see a Cardinals game, this is THE place. Wonderful rooms with views of stadium and staff are always very pleasant.
It was hall of fame weekend so a few former players were staying there too which was very cool.
However the staff was overly protective of them almost to point of being overly rude about it. I was a visitor there too and wasn’t even trying to get an autograph or even talk to the players but the staff made sure several times I knew their “no autographs!” policy.
That wasn’t fair to the guests just trying to use hotel amenities and enjoy their own time.
Outside of that, I have ZERO complaints.

The front desk attendant was phenomenal. I was granted a complimentary room upgrade with grace and hospitality. Taylor behind the bar at Clark and Bourbon was extremely helpful and friendly also. Grat property and outstanding staff!

This hotel was super nice and the rooms were amazing. The beds and pillows were the softest I’ve seen.

Perfect location for watching baseball game across the street. It took us 5 minutes to get to our seats from our hotel room. We lost the game but had an awesome time.

We picked this hotel for the close proximity to Busch Field (literally across the street). Was also within walking distance of the Gateway Arch. Easy self-park or they had valet available. Very friendly and helpful when choosing parking and checking-in. Room was clean and well laid out. Very comfortable beds and pillows as we both had a great night's sleep. We were going to skip breakfast but glad we didn't. Great selection and very tasty.

Hotel area was walkable, very convenient to Busch Stadium and felt very safe. Our room was comfortable but needed some small maintenance (sliding bathroom door was hard to move). Lots of audible noise/activity until midnight on weekends. Few breakfast options around but plenty of lunch/dinner places.

Nice property. Because of the location on game night, it is very pricy. Other similar quality hotels nearby were cheaper on the game night. No dining or room service after 10pm if you are checking in late.

The property was beautiful and the location great. However, it was gameday and the food and beverage staff seemed clueless. The rooftop deck right next to Busch stadium did not open until 4:00 on a Saturday 6:15 game time. When it did finally open around 4:30 the beverages were warm because they did not stock the coolers until 3:30 and then realized that they did not work. Not one manager on sight to supervise this dumpster fire. The staff really did not seem to care and were totally rude. Perhaps when things are going awry it would be good to have a manager on duty.

Great hotel, great area, staff was exceptional, hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. I did not try the restaurant so I can't speak on that but the bar has a great atmosphere. Car was safe in parking lot or there is a garage too.

I went to a Cardinal Baseball Game and I could literally walk across the street to the ballpark. Parking was super easy. We did Valet which is expensive but met our needs. Staff was wonderful

Hotel is a convenient location for several St. Louis attractions, but the hotel itself is nothing special. Service was not great and some areas were dirty. The AC in my room didn't work well. There are others very nearby that are a better value.

It ruined my birthday trip. The front desk was terrible. They didn’t want to accommodate me at all. I reserved a city view room but the view was horrible. It looked like we were in a basement. I’m beyond disappointed.
