The staff was very nice and helpful. If you opt for breakfast you get vouchers for the cafe next door. Good cafe breakfasts, mostly silog options but they do offer American options. They also serve good coffee. The area is tucked away down a side street from the main road Osmeña and everything you might need is in walking distance. Good value and good stay overall. My only drawback is there were carpenter ants when we checked in but the staff took care of that right away. Also, we had to ask for toilet paper a couple times and at night the noise travels to the room, we stayed during Sinulog festival so it did get noisy in the evenings.

Dormitel is a great stay, especially for the price! Staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. Free breakfast was yummy too.

Was a very Nice and clean Hotel however my Stay wasn't enjoyable and booked out early A blue Exercise Mat is not my idea of a comfortable sleep and woke up stiff and unrested .. YOU need to rectify this Towels are big enough to dry a Baby but as a Adult maybe a leg And lack of room safe makes things a little awrkward to keep belonging safe

honestly nothing special in this hostel, it looks like a buildings transformed into a hotel as if they made in each flour partitions but separated by wall, mostly looks like school buildings classes but in a very small size version, unfortunately the house keeping here are very filthy, lazy and nobody supervise their work, that is why the rooms are very filthy full of hairs, dust & other dirty stuff, the supervision is corrupted, not to mention the location is in a small rough alley.. I don’t recommend it especially to families..

The hotel was good, I would recommend it. Some minor problems, the bathroom sink was dirty, a corner of the bathroom cabinet door was missing the veneer, and no TV. The best thing was that there was 2 rooms and two bathrooms. This was perfect for my wife an I traveling with her mother. Staff was excellent, security went out of their way to be helpful. Area was conveniently located.

We arrived late but the staff was very accommodating for late check in. The rooms were clean and nice. We had ample space, and it’s nice to have two bathrooms to accommodate everyone in the family.

Beds were uncomfortable and rooms were not as advertised

This was our first hotel ever in the Philippines, and the surrounding area was a bit rough. The place itself was great, the staff were friendly and we were so great-full for the Cafe that is attached to the hotel. The back yard to the hotel was a pleasent surprise. This place is a gem.

I am happy that I choose this place. The staff were all kind. Security personnels were helpful. The kids were happy with their bunk beds. All my family were happy to stay here. We were 4 families and everything went well. The down part were the towels and trash. But when I requested it to be changed, they did right away. Overall, I like our stay here. Thank you so much!

This is good value for money. The receptionists are friendly. It's clean, but the shower drainage was blocked due to hair from previous guests. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Family trip. Having separate sleeping rooms inside the same room was a major plus. The hotel is super fresh and comfortable. Only issue : the room NEEDS a fridge

This hotel surprised us. It was much nicer and cleaner than expected. Mattress was a bit thing though and it's not nice to have an airco blowing directly onto the bed (got us both a cold).

We spent one night as the morning after we were leaving for Moalboal. It’s not far from the South Bus Terminal and the room is clean and perfect. Loved it!

Staff are friendly and quick to respond

This hotel is very modern for the area and was a lovely place to stay. I don’t think there was a restaurant though, but may have been a cafe next door. The reception desk took a 2,000 piso cash deposit on check in which I didn’t know was going to happen so I ran out of cash during my stay. They then made me wait in the hot lobby for it whilst they checked my room for damage upon check out. This is not expected in a nice hotel as usually the insurance is built into the price of a room. I also asked for a taxi to be booked and they told me to just go up the road with all my bags and waive one down in 30 degree heat. This was unacceptable in my opinion as hotels should look after their guests

Laundry service is inexpensible.

Modern building, the most Luxury hostel I stayed in Philippines, comfortable, everything practical, stuff super friendly, very comfortable and pleasent stay. 100% recommended!
