The lady that checked us in was very snobby. She got on our case when she saw we booked through Expedia. Definitely not good vibes given off. It sometimes can mean the world with how appreciation and respect is shown. Also, in our bathroom, the tub had pubic hair in it. Everything else was pretty good.

Clean and comfortable

There was very little water pressure in the shower and sinks. The bed sheets came off the bed corners every night and were torn in various places. There was also only one working elevator. There was only one of the two dryers that worked.

I wasn't expecting to have to pay separate for breakfast. For over $200 dollars a night there should be some form of complimentary breakfast option.

Worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. The room had a thumping noises that woke us up around 1:00 AM. I believe it was the AC duct work, but it was very loud. I called the front desk and made the complaint. She said she would come up but 40 minutes later had still not come up. When I called back she said she has people she had to check in that she would be up soon. I said we would try to sleep. With it. At 2:45 I called her again and said the noise was unbearable and asked for another room. She said sure - come down and I’ll get you another room. So we packed everything up, went down stairs to the front desk and was told… I just started the daily report and cannot get you another room until it finishes. 20 minutes late she gave us another room. In this room, we could hear the other guests TV. It sounded like it was coming from below us but i Don't know for sure.

We had a great stay! Everyone was friendly and the kids loved the indoor pool!

Staff was so friendly, room was big, clean, new, and comfortable. Pool was refreshing and clean. The whole place was very welcoming and nice. We stayed over the 4th of July and the hotel was packed with people, including lots of loud kids, but our room stayed quiet. It was perfect and we will definitely stay here again.

Having a restaurant on property was very convenient.

The restaurant staff needs to up their game in the Theory Burgers. We ate dinner there - no music - could hear everyone's conversations until we asked for a tv to be turned up. The servers were shining silver and just dropping them into the other clean ones bang bang bang bang bang - OMG. Stop!! Do that in the back of house. Constant crew chatter - annoying. In the morning we went to breakfast only to find chairs not being taken down n the entire place and we were all stacked on top of eachother on one side of the restaurant against the wall with dirty tables every where. This was annoying and disgusting. This place should be packed! The food is great. Although little light on the shrimp appetizer. 6 - really?? Those aren't setting you back in food cost to only have 6 measly shrimp in a line with some sweet chili sauce. The burger was great - the french toast we off the hook. A little more explanation that there are peppers and onions on the breakfast potato would've been nice as I am not a fan of onions. Step it up and I bet that place will be full all the time and you'll make some serious dough!

The room was not very clean. Especially the bathroom and bedding. The staff was rude, dining was slow and also not very pleasant. All around a really poor experience.

Was disappointed with choice of tv service

Overall the stay was good but we had a room across the hall that we heard the door slamming at 12:00 to 1:00 am every night we were there, this was a fund raising cop group, we complained but they kept slamming there door. Overall though you have great facilities but the spa is outside which was very cold that day we went, you should enclose it for better enjoyment just my opinion, also you don’t have a breakfast bar or complimentary coffee which I found very surprising

As senior citizens, my wife and I are so thankful for the desk clerk Anna. She was so valuable in helping us use the guest computers at the hotel. Our vacation was cut short due to the weather. She walked us through what we had to do to cancel our reservations through Expedia at three other hotels. We were facing a timeline and if we did not cancel then and there, it would have cost us a lot of money in cancellation fees. Anna was a Godsend. We cannot thank her enough. She deserves the highest praise from Holiday Inn & Suites Idaho Falls. Thank you again, Anna.

It was great just no food options other than burger theory

My favorite hotel this trip. Friendly staff. Great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was great and bar/restaurant attached. Modern comfy room.
