Great place and convenient to the train station and downtown.

We came for the Christmas market. Parking was the primary reason for booking here as well as proximity to CharlesIII square.

Difficult to get the most appropriate address to drive to. The web site address is best, however, you have to park on the footpath and register before you can park. 5pm check in was an issue for us, had to drive outside city and wait 2 hours before being able to check in. Location was good, close to everything and easy walk to city centre. Again no ability to watch tv in english or screen mirror.

Overall the stay was pleasant.the only draw back was the inability to reduce the air conditiong in the room, which was set at an incredible 27.0C. Had to leave the window open!

The hotel service definitely does not correspond to the 4-star level:
- no parking lot for loading and unloading of luggage
- room cleaning sevice only once per week (!!!)
- no more space when the couch is pulled out

The property was clean and it looked like in the photos minus the bloom and bliss and flowers in the vase.
What got me a bit uncomfortable was that the parking was not available anymore (so maybe ask in advance to keep you a spot - but there are parking lots not far away from the venue and I think they are cheaper) and no one asked for any identification. I just got there and was handed the key. That was it, no more info was given. It looked like the place was ran by smiling youngsters who don't bother much. When asking a question it felt like I was replied to in a fast way, yet friendly.
Downsides: No bedsheet for the blankets for the couch and no warm water at all :( not even lukewarm.

When we realised we won't be in before 7, I tried to call the number on the Expedia confirmation email. This wasnt the hotel but switchboard gave me the number for hotel. It took me 5 tries and waiting in the phone for over 30 mins to get hold of someone. The information on Expedia, their website and the waiting music information for opening times ate all different.
If I had a choice I wouldnt have stayed, it was revolting but I didnt want to alarm my family. I washed everything but next day all of us had diarrhoea.

I personally can not imagine hotels with no air conditioning, this is simply crucial to me. The apartments are really tiny ones, the bedroom is hard to fit a couple in. The smell of rooms is somehow weird, I didn’t like it

Perfect size room with a kitchenette and good sized bathroom. Only negative is that we would have liked a larger selection of cutlery and cooking utensils. We will definitely stay here again.

Quick check in, lovely Reception staff, very clean foyer. Well equipped apartment, ok size but no air conditioning. The room was over 29 degrees each night. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable too.
My son enjoyed the pool which was never overly busy.
The hotel is in a great location for shopping and restaurants. There is also a grocery shop around the corner.
I would stay again but maybe not in Summer because of the heat.

No aircon. Spent a very hot and uncomfortable night at this hotel. It is a modern building, so why not put in some aircon. We had windows open but could not sleep due to street noise

The fact that I couldn’t get in on my first night wasn’t great especially after a long journey! If you plan accommodation you really hope to be able to get in. It wasn’t very late (before 9pm) but the phone number for late arrivals wasn’t answered and timings for the reception being closed were different. However, the room was clean and comfortable when I did manage to gain access the following day. It would be helpful if there was a better system if you arrive in the evening.

Nice location, but that’s it. No service, fire alarm in the middle of the night because teenagers smoke weed, and a loud bang at 5am.. thought it was a bomb.

Apartment very smart and modern but no hand towels or wine glasses. However, we had to remove our rubbish and take it to bins across the road and it also said to leave the CLEANED flat which I took to mean we had to clean it! Clean, neat and tidy I understand but actually cleaning! Maybe just a language problem!

Would like to stay again. Friendly staff with good service. Not far from SNCF station by walking with luggage. New and clean room. Quiet area, not many shops nearby but easy to walk to city center in 5 minutes.

This could be a very nice hotel. But if you start with the opening of a hotel make sure it's at least clean. The fabric carpet in the hallway was very dirty. When you enter the room the mitt falls down. This can't be done for such a price. People want quality. There was too much chlorine in the pool. The parking gate didn't work. Better do your best please

We were in a new location in Nancy. The hotel had no branding so it took us about 6 times of driving around the location before finding it. We have a 3 year old that was really excited about the pool but the pool was not ready yet, if this was communicated before our stay we could have prepared him. However this was only communicated upon arrival.
I think it will be a great stay in a few months but it was not ready yet for our stay.
