While the property was fine on the surface, sadly it's clear a lot of the revenue comes from the bars and outlets at the hotel. Music every night we were there continued until 2am and it was difficult to sleep as the patio door on our room didn't lock or close properly. There was also a storm which was pretty heavy, but in the morning, there was water on the floor and water damage on the wall too. It looks great, the staff are brilliant, but it's a challenge to sleep there. Inca, the restaurant at the top also gets pretty smokey whenever they cook, and windows have to be opened, and we got bitten a few times, so don't forget your mozzie spray. All in all, it's a good property, but just needs a bit of TLC and consideration for their guests who are trying to sleep.

Beautiful rooms. Elevated Moxy vibes. All services at your fingertips via in-room television, including laundry service and concierge doctors. It is also worth noting that this establishment takes security quite seriously, from the exterior gate and security checkpoint to the sliding glass security doors separating elevators from guest rooms.

Excellent but for the upstairs restaurant food (fair and service (inexperienced, poor).

Absolutely loved social house and would definitely stay again. Staff is amazing and so is the hotel cleanliness and decor. Rooms are small but cozy and so well kept. Has everything you need and is in a great location.

Beautiful hôtel with a great team. Room was super nice, large, confortable bed and spotless. You feel happy and relaxed in that place. Inca has a great décor and atmosphère,good is ok. Breakfast is very good and has choice. The bar thé Other Room Can male some improvment about food. Maybe that would be better to make good local good than mediterranean mezze with poor quality. Anyway thé overall expérience was great and wisg I will Côme back

Overall, our stay was very good and we would stay at Social House again. The hotel has a number of different restaurants, each different and good in their own way. Special requests are heeded and while I wouldn't call it a "business hotel' per se, we worked quite comfortably in the outdoor area by the pool and had meetings without distraction. The staff was very friendly, professional and responsive. We were not so impressed with our room when we first arrived - I booked the size just below the suite, and it turned out to be quite a bit smaller than expected, made tighter by the design - which while aesthetic and design forward - did not have a great flow in our room mainly due to the large furniture in the small space. They did offer to move us to a suite which was a lot more spacious, but as we didn't want to pay more, we chose to stay in the original room - I asked them to remove the giant coffee table and swap it for a small ottoman or table as well as to clean/replace a badly stained couch. They did, which I was very appreciative for, and it made a huge difference - we were quite comfortable in the room for our 5 night stay.

Wonderful hotel -- very trendy, clean, and in a great location. The restaurants are great, and the 24 hour cafe is perfect for business trips. The staff are so lovely and attentive. The housekeeper for my room, Bonziana, always made the place feel tidy and cozy. I will definitely be back.

Nice, modern hotel with decent food options but the fact that my partner and I had to wait for about 2 hours to check into our room was ridiculous. NO one greeted us when we first entered and we had to ask a fellow guest at the place to let us know where to go and who to talk to. Additionally, the check-in lady told us that she would notify us when the room was ready but after waiting for two hours, we had to proactively ask for a status update on our room. No sincere apologies were given. We stayed here both nights and loud music was playing all night long so if you want a good night sleep or if you want to go to bed early, this place may not be the place for you. The accommodation and location may be nice but the customer service and professionalism are lacking during my visit. not sure if I'll come back.

Hotel is relatively new since it was opened just prior covid. Nice design w lots of dining options. Staff are excellent - friendly, helpful and go above and beyond.

The hospitality and service at The Social House was 10/10! They go above and beyond to take care of guests from the moment you step into the property. From the welcome drink, great recommendations, and problem solving when I had an issue with my flight I felt like I had everything I needed during my first trip to Nairobi. Also the hotel is beautiful with many comfortable touches to enhance your stay!

The reception and bars were very lively so thought that might carry through to the rooms but it was super quiet. The food at the restaurant was amazing. I came back another time to do dinner and drinks and had a great time. Would highly recommend as a place to stay or to visit. Very hip and cosmopolitan.

I was offered a complementary coffee as "compensation" and was then charged for it! The coffee was the exception on the food and beverage side. It was excellent. I would definitely visit again but would hope to see some improvements on my next stay.
