Horrible, hotel.com please do your job and check your partenaires! I have paid 62 euros for one night on a suite, too much expensive for sleeping 2h due to the street noise!

The room was not cleaned properly. There was hair and crumbs in the bunk beds, so two of the 5 beds were dirty and it didn’t appear the sheets on the bunk beds had been washed. The hallway and bathroom smelled of smoke. The hotel staff were friendly. We stayed only one night so we made do.

Not clean Too noisy I wish I could play the horrible sound that you can here from your room. We could not sleep at all. Very impolite reception. She was fighting us when we complained. Unprofessional

Room was clean comfortable and near to the town center and old town staff was friendly, I would recommend and I would stay there again.

Location was perfect

Nice bed but I requested in my Booking Queen or King size bed if available. I has a single individual and little bed. No communication between the night receptionist and the morning schedulr. No Bill received yesterday night when I've payed to extend my stay. There are some aspects to improve, please. The structure and decoration IS very good. The rate for the room also. Thanks for that

It’s convenient in location and room size was good. Things were broken in the bathroom such as the shower head and the toilet paper holder. Not a big deal. The elevator might need maintenance. Its buttons respond very slowly, the door and the speed of going up and down can be a bit faster. Everything else was nice and clean.

Just checked out after 8 days of stay were do i start i mean to keep it very simple one word EXCEPTIONAL throw out our stay.. Breakfast wow Thats it say no more .. Or one more thing don't hesitate booking with this lot i mean it..

First pictures posted on Expedia contain a water front. The hotel is a very long way from the waterfront! Rooms 204 and 205 family rooms have a transparent white cloth curtain that lets all God’s sunlight from first light! The shower head in room 204 is broken, while doing gymnastics to take the morning shower the water gets boiling hot then freezing cold! The pillows are cheap foam and the prison mattresses are probably more comfortable. We had 2 rooms, any one key opens both rooms, we didn’t try the rest of the hotel rooms! Breakfast is very limited, boiled eggs some stale cheese a sliced loaf of bread, some green and black olives, sliced tomatoes and some greens. If you complain you are told to check out or accept. We were there for one night so we didn’t bother. When will Expedia verify?

Quality service, highly recommended

My stay at the privado hotel was just ok.Unfortunetly there was no kettle in the rooms and not much options for breakfast i also found reception staff not helpful and rude.

Nice, clean and super friendly staff. It is easy to get to town, mall and transport. If I visit Antalya again I would stay in the same hotel. We loved it 😊

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The central location makes it easy to explore many attractions on foot. Highly recommend!

Needs better facilities in tge bathroom . The two side bed tables had legs missing. Shower head broken.

None of the staff cares and cleaning is very bad, people smoking within hotel which leads to terrible smell throughout the hotel. Rooms are broken weather its decoration or toilet or walls or mirrors. Had to check into different room after staying in this hotel for few hours it was HORRIBLE experience. The hotel should be closed.

Nice hotel, very conveniently placed to the old city. About a 10 minute walk. Lots of nice traditional kebab restaurants around the hotel serving delicious food and cheaper than in the old city. Staff at the hotel very friendly and rooms were clean. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation.
