Place was nice, close to the beach and it had a nice pool. Rooms were clean and AC worked good.

We loved it here, we recommend renting scooters - 24hrs 55$ 2 seater with
Concierge service. Can pick up and drop off at hotel so convenient. The beach was ok but it was because the hurricane we couldn’t swim.. no one’s fault but the hotel itself was accommodating we would stay again. I forget his name at the front desk but he checked us in,he made us laugh, we especially loved the welcome drinks and cookies!

We had a good time and the staff is really nice and the food and drinks were amazing. There are a few things to improve. In our room we didn't have anything to hang our wet clothes we had to improvise also for our shower towels we just had one pole when we are two people in the room. We had to get new towels everyday because they wouldn't dry fast enough. Finally the shuttle we did call it upon our arrival after almost 45 min of wait we called an uber

Already booked again for next year! We love being able to walk across the street to the beach. The pool (and drinks) are very nice too!

Wasn't given a balcony that was pretty disappointing. Nice pool and lounge area but it closes way to early. To far from old town to ride bikes around the city with kids. Had plenty of parking but it wasn't to busy so i don't know if the same would be true with a full house.

The property was great. The shuttle driver John is a 5star employee ( gave places to go, see and do). I think you could sell a lot more drinks if they came around the pool area more often. We enjoyed our 30th anniversary at Margaritaville !!

Upon arriving we were offered an upgrade. The room as it turned out had a leaky bathroom and we were offered a nicer room with an ocean front view. The staff was so nice. There was free shuttle transportation to and from the airport and downtown \ Mallory Square as well.
The pool was well kept and there were drinks a food as well.
We had a fun time!

Lovely, clean safe hotel. Beautiful pool open until 11pm with plenty of towels.Room very clean and nice, I would have liked a ceiling fan in a suite to make the bedroom cooler. The staff at desk very nice and helpful. We like the shuttle running every hour to downtown. We didn’t drink much because u have to sit at the bar to get and the bartender wasn’t approachable. Overall would stay there again.

The breakfast was really great. The parking is free and easy. Shuttle every 1/2 hour to Key West old town. The swimming pool was good. Order a fish taco for lunch and needed to return it. The worst fish taco I have ordered in my life.The kitchen is very poor equipped. No cups for coffee, no wine glasses, no cutlery.

I’ve stayed at this property multiple times and as long as it’s there I will always go back. The rooms are nice they have complimentary water. They do an amazing job of cleaning the rooms while being away.

The room was great. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only downside was a shower with bad water pressure and was dirty with dried hair on the walls and floor.

Great stay - good value, perfect for us & our five year old. Stayed in a one room suite, pull out sofa was comfy & allowed us some space when our child slept. Kitchen had microwave, sink, and small fridge so we could eat in room. Restaurant has great kids’ menu & we ate there frequently (breakfast is the best!). Pool was super clean & well maintained. Just across from beautiful beach with calm waters & a big sandbar.

Came as a group of 7 girls for a bachelorette and we’ll all fit comfortable in the two bedroom suite. Chris at the front desk was amazing and Chrissy who was coordination transportation was very helpful.

Excellent customer service. Cris at the front desk is very warm and made us feel at home. Gabby (Gabriella) at the restaurant went above and beyond just to accommodate our request.

Didn’t live up to the expectations of other Margaritaville’s. It was small, dull, had to ask repeatedly for housekeeping, no breakfast options, the pool was small and the recreation areas were barely existent. Stayed at other locations and they were amazing. This location had nothing to do.
