Beautiful hotel on the Navy Pier. Great views of the city, yet separate from the city itself, from the amazing Lake Michigan setting.

What a great location and the view from my room was spectacular.

Beautiful setting on the water at the end of the pier. Room had super views, staff was attentive, friendly and helpful.

Everything was good but we could hear the heavy steps and noise from the room above us.

This hotel is located at the end of navy pier and is absolutely fantastic. The staff is attentive and courteous and the rooms overlook Lake Michigan. This is the best hotel in the city when traveling with kids.

Great stay even though this my city I seen a different side with this stay!! Made my wife very happy

We are blessed to travel a lot and this was one of the best views ever.

It was great experience

First off love the hotel, however some of the staff members the women are very rude and has an attitude!! Also be careful they take your deposit and you will need to call everyday to tru to get it back , it’s day 9 and no deposit even called a manager Daniel and left a voicemail/no return call and talked to accounting that re-assured me it will be back the same day, it’s 2 days later and still nothing . Charged $100 $68 $252 Then $152!

Lived it

We thought the Parking Fee Was Too High and needed to be changed for Overnight Guest If they stayed 2 Nights or more. The high parking fee is why we only stayed for 2 nights.

Staff was very friendly & made check in such a breeze. I couldn’t get enough of the beautiful views. Our room was also very clean.

The hotel itself is nice and in a good location. The pillows are the absolute worst I’ve ever slept on - even my kids complained about the pillows. So besides going home with terrible neck, shoulder, and back pain, it was okay.

Really great hotel

We celebrated our 17th anniversary this year and the staff put us on the second highest floor suites. It was an amazing time and even though check out is at noon. They accommodated us by keeping our luggage stored by the lobby closet and we kept our valet parked until 4pm so we can do an architectural tour and have drinks. It was perfect! Room service is through a text so we had everything we needed by the convenience of a text. AWESOME!!!! We’ll definitely be back but with my 11 yr old so she can enjoy the kid stuff they have to offer at Navy Pier! Thanks!

A lot of things did not go correctly the first day that we were at this hotel, but the staff did the best they could help. The view from our room was spectacular and certainly the highlight of the day was watching the fireworks from the room. The only real downside about this hotel is, there’s not a great train route to or from, but plenty of buses. Also getting Lyft or Uber in or out of the hotel, especially at late night isn’t very easy.

While there The Sable was robbed. A group of men stole all of the keys from the valet. Unfortunately the hotel waited 5 hours before they notified any of the individuals staying at the hotel. We found out later that the Sable keeps the valet booth unlock and all of the keys exposed so, the hotel was an easy target. The Sable then told us to contact our insurance companies before the police even got to the scene and completed their investigation. This was the wrong thing to do as many of us were charged fees for lost keys. There were those who were running late for flights. I missed an entire day of my conference all because Sable did not notify us in a timely fashion. It wasn't until I went to get my car. That I was told that the keys were no longer there. The police concluded their investigation but only after much frustration. The service is horrendous. To add insult to injury, the last day that I left, as I was leaving, I saw the on duty valet guy sleeping in the lobby. My flight left early in the morning, so I was leaving at about 3:00 a.m. Instead of sitting in the valet Booth, he was in the hotel lobby sleep. I took pictures of him sitting there sleeping and I sent them to management. The service is extremely poor. I would never ever recommend Sable Navy Pier to anyone. The hotel is not safe and the management is poor.

Family friendly. Lots to do. Fireworks on Wednesday and Saturday nites. No pool. No airport shuttle.

Amazing hotel I will stay there again

We had bed linen with a disgusting stain, also the AC unit made a loud rattling sound. It was our 38th wedding anniversary and I wish I would of stayed downtown

The Sable is a gorgeous hotel in an amazing location.
