I absolutely liked everything. Room was large and very clean, quiet nice airconditioning, large windows, espresso machine, fridge as option. Roof top pool was so nice with the views to the city line. Staff was very very friendly, especially Adrienne the concierge . They have complimentary Cadillac service, you can test the cars. This was one of the brst hotels I have stayed! Outstanding experience

Absolutely loved the hotel. So chic, new and unique. Will definitely be back. Loved the decor, the location and the staff were outstanding. Really enjoyed my stay there.

Wonder place and staff

It was at most. 3.5 star hotel. Staff pleasant and food was good. Service was disjointed and awkward- some standing around doing nothing while others were juggling tables. The area around the hotel was horrible. Ghetto at best. Stay at Wilshire Four Seasons or Beverly Hills Hotel. We ended up staying a night at the Shutters- Santa Monica to elevate our vacation. As a VIP we received NO benefits and actually paid extra for the room upgrade.

I was unilaterally and without my knowledge and consent charged for upgrade of room and for amenities Final bill was not got signed at the time of checkout and suddenly bill was sent by email. My perfume bottle gifted by my son was broken by housekeeping team. Left with bad taste. Rest all fine

I absolutely loved the Pendry Hotel WEHO! While there I was planning my next stay in my calendar. Class with comfort is how I would describe it. Staff from pulling up to the hotel, check-in, staff at the pool to security were all so friendly and kind.

Love the place, very accommodating on most things. But fell short on a few small details that would make your stay amazing.

This was my 3rd stay at the Pendry WH. To begin with the positives, the staff was very personable and professional - especially the service and friendly faces at Merois, Ospero and room service - and our stay was pleasant and comfortable. Unlike my first 2 stays which were absolutely wonderful, this time our stay was a total disappointment. Check-in was not quick or smooth (waited for 2 hours and never received a call that the room was ready after 4pm), the staff was clearly understaffed (our bags took forever to arrive in our room and the kind lady at the Front Desk had to bring it up herself to avoid a longer wait), and there was no turn down service at all during our entire stay. This is one of our favorite hotels in LA and our favorite chains and we plan to be back. However, I hope our next stay reverts back to the wonderful service and intimacy we've experienced and enjoyed before.

We had an issue with Check In and they handled it in a magnificent way, can‘t say enough good about this hotel. Fantastic!!!!
