Staff was really nice and informative, which always makes or breaks a stay. Property was clean and the rooms were clean too.

The hotel was beautiful and well kept. Jamal checked us in and was very kind. Our room was spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom had a dirty ring around the top inside ring and our mattress was a little uncomfortable on my finicky back. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back for another stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was large and even had privacy curtains. Breakfast was delicious. The whole hotel was very clean. We weren't able to stay long enough to really enjoy it. I wish we could have stayed long enough to try out the pool!

We stayed for a disney trip and the location and service was perfect.

The staff was friendly, the pool was nice, the rooms were clean. Breakfast is a bit of a free-for-all, but that's the other guests and not the staff. I'd definitely stay there again

Stupid that I have to pay for parking. Also, the water pressure is ridiculous. Obviously the person who designed the plumbing was not a female with long hair. I have to stay in the shower twice as long just to properly rinse my hair. Guessing it uses more water than if there was proper pressure.

If you’re going to Disney World it is super close to the parks. Area is nice, new, and very clean. The staff was great the cleaning crew did a fantastic job with everything. The pool was very clean and had a cool water slide for the kids. Would easily stay here again.

Close to the WDW parks. Comfortable bed! Clean room. Loud aircon but didnt mind that. Only downfall is the crowd at breakfast time. Could often not even find a place to sit to eat! And we went out of season. Feel that the hotel need to give out allocated times for breakfast and times not great (between 6&9am). Also shuttle times are only one time about 0835 per day so we got cabs. Apart from this, the hotel was great!

The extra sheets for the sofa bed had stains on them. Front desk sent some new ones promptly. Everything could’ve used a good scrubbing though. Things were super clean

Our flight was delayed and we arrived hours later in the early morning hours. Denzel, was a big help and he accommodated us and assured us if we needed anything to contact the front desk. My daughter isn’t a breakfast person, but she was thrilled to have the Mickey waffles every morning. Keep up the great work staff. The property was family friendly for all ages. We wanted to use the grills, but it rained the night we wanted to use it. Trust me this property is like a home away from home. One little issue was that there was a $10 parking fee per day. But it’s near Disney, nothing is cheap. lol

Clean, quiet and nice facilities

The hotel was clean and in a great area. The downside to the hotel is the breakfast options, the staff and shuttle. They serve the same options every day and all of the eggs are spicy and do not offer non spicy options for children and when asking about other options for kids the staff was very rude. The hotel is also deceitful about the park shuttle that they offer. It is very limited. Only 50 spots available for that route and the pickup time is also limited. Reservations must be made and spots fill up fast so it is very likely you won't get a spot so be prepared for a backup plan. The hotel staff is not very friendly at front desk or breakfast area. We stayed a total of 6 nights and we only encountered 2 friendly employees. Front desk lied about receiving a package from Amazon for me and suggested I go check the other neighborhood hotels. Come to find out it was at the correct hotel and no apologies were given or explanation on the mixup. I was told by the lady at front that she has been there all day and only 2 packages came in and mine was not one of them and was rude. Then magically she was able to find the package after proof that it was delivered there. Overall it is an okay place to stay for the price and location but we will not be back there again.

Check in was easy. The room was very nice. Only had 1 TV very far from the beds. Pool was nice except for hour that the slide was closed because guard left. Main reason to stay here was for the shuttle to Disney. Unfortunately it was already filled up the night before. Odd only 1 shuttle 50 seats for 3 hotels. I had to pay $60 to park at Disney plus park at the hotel. I was not very happy.

It was a nice place looked like a great pool if you have kids, only bad side bed was pretty stiff felt like a board going through the middle, toilet clogged from #1 , and parking absolutely sucked!! Would be nice if breakfast didn't end so early not everyone wakes up early on vacation!!

Easy check in , Very clean and beautiful grounds also had outdoor and indoor lounging areas and barbecue grills also. Access to food orders on grounds . Location was great not too far of a drive to Disney and located in the heart of an area with grocery , restaurants and pharmacy. Perfect area near the Disney apartments for employees. Which is the perfect area to stay if visiting family that live in flamingo crossing apartments and work for Disney. We loved the oversized rooms with tons of wall cubby storage space and countertop space for food , games etc. Nice small living area for loung

We came down to Florida to celebrate our daughter’s 21birthday in Epcot drink around the world and magic kingdom

Pros; Great location for Disney Staff very helpful Good facilities Cons; Carpets didn’t seem to be very clean Free breakfast was absolute chaos, you couldn’t even get a seat and queues were so long we just gave up on it most of the time

The hotel is nice and new. The rooms were comfortable and clean and look like the pictures. A few things to consider: breakfast was not great but it was ok. The theme park shuttle is 1st come 1st serve and has 50 seats shared between about 7 hotels. You have to book through the website 24 hours before. I had to set an alarm on my phone to book the shuttle each day because the seats fill up in a matter of minutes. So if the shuttle leaves the next day at 8:35am you better be on the website ready to push submit at exactly 8:35am the day before. Note: you cannot book earlier than 24 hours. Also, the shuttle only goes to Disney. We had to Uber to Universal Studios.

The hotel is nice and comfortable, and has a good location. The problem is that it is too crowded. The breakfast is absolutely packed with people, and things run out very often. The parking lot is always full, and sometimes you have to park very far in a garage after two other hotels. The pool has the same issue.

It was a great hotel overall. My family and I had a wonderful time. I will recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay! Location was perfect, quick drive to all the Disney parks. This is our 2nd stay here and will be back in October. Love the free breakfast in the morning, perfect start to the day. Service was awesome, tv was not working when we checked in but the issue was fixed within 15 mins.

The pool area smelled very badly like sewer and very unpleasant. Breakfast was very hectic and could barely get food and no dishes.
