Only negative was the room we were given had a horrible outlook and last time I stayed I looked out onto a lemon tree
When booking a taxi we were not advised it was going to be double the price and had some deal with the hotel!!! The hotel should of said we can book you a taxi but it will be this price ( which was double) very naughty and frustrating

The location of this hotel was great. It’s a few steps to the shops and restaurants. Easy to find parking near the hotel. Short walk to all attractions. Breakfast was awesome. There was a breakfast buffet and à la cart (included with my stay). The staff was wonderful. The bed was comfortable, room was spacious and clean. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights before heading further into Algarve. Great location for visiting the city. Lovely room & roof top pool though water was too cold to swim in comfortably. Loved rooftop bar for evening drinks looking over city and seeing the planes fly over head.
The lack of flexibility on room check in time was disappointing. Having had a 4am start and arrived in Faro at 9am it would have been nice to have been able to check in to our room a little earlier than 2.30pm, particularly given we noted it on reservation request…whilst appreciating hotel may be full and rooms need cleaning there didn’t feel like there was any prioritisation and more effort could have been made.

I don't write many reviews simply because I visit and book so many hotels for work. However, when a place is prefect, as this hotel is, I'm happy to let everyone know.
The hotel design is simplistic and sleek with attention to detail and furnished with the most beautiful accents, gorgeous throws, weaved basket work and lots of teak. Even with all of this, what makes the hotel even more desirable are the wonderful staff. Everyone we encountered was top notch.
I'm terrible with names but a few standouts were the housekeepers! I've never had such a clean room. Ever. The most handsome concierge in all of Portugal was a wealth of information and a joy to interact with. The restaurant staff were chatty and engaging. The breakfast buffet was again top notch. And, thankfully, no sign of the dreaded holiday British Heinz Baked Beans!
Lastly, the rooftop is stunning. The only trick I think they miss is not selling those absolutely stunning throws. Please, please offer them for sale.
Thanks for a great stay! We'll be back.

I had a great stay at the 3HB faro hotel. Staff were very friendly especially the lovely Ignacio. They made our stay ten times even better! They were so helpful and friendly. Great facilities to use, perfect location as the hotel is near many shops, restaurants and the marina. I had such a great stay, and would definitely recommend to anyone to visit this beautiful hotel.

While hard to get to by car, you can't, it's in the walking part of the city center, it is so well worth it!!! They take you by Tuk Tuk to park your car nearby and back to check in. The hotel was recently redone and everything is amazing. Rooftop pool, bar and restaurant with great views of the city. Great Italian restaurant downstairs. All the staff were wonderful. We loved it.

The hotel was lovely; my room was upgraded on arrival and everything was ready and waiting for me - a lovely quiet room with all mod cons and plenty of plug sockets / USB charging points! Great, unobtrusive service throughout, and a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Always clean, staff always professional and friendly, and the nice courtyard carves out a nice little peace and quiet right at the center of Faro. They also made sure everyday after cleaning the room smells slightly and naturally aromatic. The only thing that it’s not directly next to the ocean, but I think that makes it quieter cuz the courtyard around the harbor always has loud music activities at night. Overall very impressive.

An amazingly nice hotel - modern, chic and well staffed but not at all stuffy. Really good room with supremely comfortable beds. We had a balcony but it looked right into someone's back yard. The hotel was converted from a shopping mall a few years back and it is a haven of peace squeezed into an unlikely bairro. Two restaurants on site and a big choice of places to eat in the surrounding streets. Will definitely return.
