It was so easy to stay there. Communication was great, room was clean. Would stay there again. Recommend for sure.

Convenient location to Sedona shopping and attractions

The star hotel was a perfect place to stay in Sedona. We had a very comfortable two-bedroom suite, with a kitchen and sitting area. It couldn't have been more comfortable. The hotel is centrally located and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a hidden gem. Don’t let the word Motel fool you. I traveled alone for 18 days here. No issues at all!! I will definitely be back. Owners were very sweet and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. I don’t have anything bad to say about my stay here.

Best motel in Sedona, the property was really Nice and clean and spacious in the owners of the property were really nice. We had a problem with the check in and they helped us out. definitely recommend this motel and also I will stay here again

My boyfriend and I took a weekend trip up north and absolutely loved The Star Motel! It’s located right on the main strip of Sedona and had a great view that we could sit and enjoy right outside our door! The Star Motel host communicated perfectly about all necessary information and even offered to stock the mini fridge with any special beverages for our arrival (for an additional fee)! We stayed at a couple different hotels on our trip and the absolute best part of this stay was the comfy bed! Much needed after a long day of exploring what Sedona had to offer! Thank you so much Star Motel team!

We loved our stay! Very clean room, (spacious enough for 2 people)…which was well insulated so we didn’t hear any outside noise or noise from other rooms. We will be back!!!

The Star Motel was great for our needs. No-frills but clean, comfortable, and close to shopping / dining and excursions. Would stay here again.

They used some fragrance on pillows which is too strong.

Wonderful location to get around uptown Sedona. Easy access to everything! Super comfy room. Nothing extravagant, just comfy, roomy, and homey! We'll definitely stay here next time we're in Sedona.

Right in town, checking in was via a texted door code, avoiding having to go through desk check-in. Clean, basic, tasteful

Great value for the price and the location was excellent. The room was a little small but for the price, it was OK. We had a personal issue come up and had to leave early and the hotel was very accommodating. I would stay here again if given the opportunity.

Easy check in with code for the door. Very close to shops and restaurants. We stayed in the family sweet. Its a very spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and living room and large back patio area. Theres tvs in each room with many streaming apps and games. This was perfect for our family. Well definitely try to book this suite again.

My husband and I have stayed at star motel several times over the years. Typically the owner greets you when you sign in but no more. No one is at the office anymore to be able to possibly get in the room earlier get recommendations for places to eat etc. but with the electronic entrance you cannot get into your room 1 minute before 3:00. I found it very impersonal this stay. No one is around at all just a big sign to make reservations online, There is also a bar to get drinks but it was never open. Asked the maid where I can get ice & she said no place, it is a great location and it is clean but I sure wish they had someone at the front desk to make sure there was nothing you needed during your stay. They also did not replenish our coffee and tea, creamer etc. we stayed 2 nights it would been nice to get more coffee. Saw the said one time she didn’t ask if we needed anything either.

Classic USA motel experience.

Would be nice if it had an iron and iron board. I appreciated the ambiance of the room and decor. Shampoo smelled great

Check in was nice and easy. The location was great. Parking was convenient. We were able to walk to several shops and dining. The room was clean, and it was quiet. Unfortunately we left there feeling violated. The morning of check out we left to get breakfast and visit some of the shops. Upon returning to our room to change, clean up, and get ready to move on with our honeymoon trip we found that our room had been entered by the house keeping and the bed had been stripped and all the towels removed. We are relieved that we left no valuables in the room, but the rooms should not be entered until after scheduled check out time. Even though there were many convenient things about this location we will not be returning.

We had a flawless stay at The Star Motel. I chose it based on its location and price, and it was great. They communicated well and often before our trip, and responded within an hour or two to an email question I had. We had a parking spot in front of our room that we could use when we arrived a couple hours before check-in to walk around the shops downtown. Room was clean and cool even during record heat. I would definitely stay here again.

Very easy checkin. Very much appreciated the opportunity to have a cold beverage waiting for us in the refrigerator. Only a one night stay which is fine. A small room but comfortable and clean. They were very responsive via email too. Happy customer!
