The hotel, room, location and staff were great! Unfortunately, the thermostat in the room didn’t seem to work properly or be controlled differently. It showed the desired temp setting but the room never felt comfortable.

It's a beautiful building and well updated few steps away from Mirabell Gardens. Room (suite) we booked was not the one we've got. Though nice it has a jacuzzi next to.the bed more sppropiate for a couple of lovers than 2 sisters in their Sixties. Nothing to do with the pictures. Replenish of the minibar (free) was imposible to achieve during our 3 nights, not the first night chocolate or even body lotion or a shower cup. No matter how many times we call front desk, spoke to house keeping and went down to beg for a shower cup at the front desk. Breakast is just average, limited options. The Brazilian waitress was quite nice but the little man in charge was so rude it's hard to find some one like him at a 4 stars hotel. May be he is the son of the owner? My only explanation: during the weekend they serve breakast till 11 AM. We sat at 9.05 close to a window where other guest were sitting and the expelled my sister to a table overlooking the car parking ",because he was getting ready for lunch time"! Certainly we remained at our chosen table, but was very unpleasent. The lounge área is a nice surprise and we could had some nice lattes and watch the Mirabell Palace. Would not come back, there are better options

Fabulous! Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, lovely rooms and very quiet which was so nice. Restaurant serves delicious food too. Can’t fault a single thing and I’d go back in a heartbeat. Wish I could’ve stayed longer!

The staff were polite and professional at every turn. Our needs were anticipated and met without a second thought. They were so active in keeping their guests pleased that they actually comped me for a days parking (30 euros) because they found out that I got a parking earlier in the day which was totally my own fault. The rooms were absolutely spotless from top to bottom. The rooms were cleaned every morning and complementary turned down service was provided every night with chocolates on your pillows. The mini bar was fully stocked with 2 beers, 2 waters, orange juice, and apple juice. It was all complementary and refilled every day. Its location is absolutely amazing and the old city is within a short walk. This is probably the only hotel I will ever stay at in Salzburg.

The hotel room was spacious and gorgeous. The washroom offered ample space. Outside streets were not loud at night. The lobby was also spacious and inviting. The staff were all beyond helpful. One of the best hotel experiences ever! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

Great experience all around. Super-smooth check in with Hamit and the staff at reception, convenient location between the Old Town and Salzburg HBF, really thoughtfully-designed rooms that are modern yet comfortable and large by European standards…I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is new and beautiful in a nice area across the street from Mirabell Gardens and Palace. The staff is friendly but not always knowledgeable and the rooms are lacking drawers and other places to put things away. They should have a concierge to do certain things for their guests. However, we enjoyed our stay and breakfast at the hotel was delicious.

Bad service. We were asked to upgrade our room in order to receive a baby crib but had to keep calling the reception to request for the bed. After 6 hours and many calls we were finally provided with the baby bed. We were told they did not have holders for suitcases and we had to open our suitcases on the floor

Hyperion is a lovely hotel, although pricey. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Unfortunately, we did not have a fabulous dinner at the restaurant, and it was quite expensive. The room was nice, but there was very little space to put one's luggage. There was one small closet but no drawers. We ended up having our luggage just opened up on the floor since there was no place to put anything.

The property is beautiful and stylish, and the room is special and comfortable. The breakfast provides a great variety of food and drink options, the environment is excellent and the service is meticulous. The location of Hyperion Hotel is convenient and very close to the Old Town of Salzburg.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, high-tech and most staff very nice and Friendly, especially Christian and Raman were very helpful. The WIFI was slow and the AC in our room wasn’t working so we had to change rooms (with difficulty) for the second night.

This was truly an incredible hotel. The location was perfect a 5 minute walk to Mirabel Gardens. The bus tour for Sound of Music was right outside the door. The hotel staff was beyond exceptional! So welcoming and friendly. We cannot say enough about how wonderful they were. The restaurant was incredible. We had both breakfast and dinner and the food was too notch. The hotel was beautiful and the beds were so comfortable! Run don’t walk. This place is a gem!!!!

Near the Mirabel palace where we attended an evening concert 2 blocks away. Also near the Furst konditori which served the most delicious cakes and pastries we’ve ever had!

Ideally located 1.5 blocks from the Mirabel Palace and gardens. The sound of music tour depot was 2 blocks away as well as all the shops in old town Salzburg was a 15 min walk. There was a food truck right outside the hotel from 7:00pm-1:00am that sells the Kaiser krener Bosna sausage sandwich $5 euro that is best we’ve ever had 😀

Great service, top nice workers. I left something important behind after my private stay, and they sent it right Into my arms.... unbelievable, just awesome. Very clean, comfortable rooms. I would recommend this hotel :-)!

Stayed. Few days in Salzburg and Hyperion was well located for walking and also for driving in and out of the city.

Super clean and good location
