Hotel property is excellent! The restaurants however need to revamp and hire /train staff. Limited menus. Breakfast is their winner. The other food and service isnt so great.

Amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It couldn’t have been better. My only tiff would be how hectic it became to get my car from valet when guests (who weren’t staying at the hotel) arrived and used valet.

This was my first time visiting Atlanta and I picked the perfect hotel for my 3 night stay.
The access to Lenox Square Mall , restaurants was perfect. I could walk to mall or catch shuttle . From the time we got of the car the 2 men in valet were very nice and friendly helped us out of the car and took our luggage. When we entered the hotel we were greeted at the front desk by Kay and she was so nice, friendly and hospitality was amazing. I loved my room , very clean and cute decor. The rooftop on 15th floor has a great view and the DJ Friday night 8/30/24 was excellent and played old school hip hop and classic R&B it was a nice mature crowd at the event.
My overall experience at Hyatt Centric in Buckhead receives 10's 10"s 10's 10's 10's across the board.

Overall highly recommend. Wednesday night was awful as they hosted a party on the 15th floor bar area and there was no parking for guests staying in the hotel. Unacceptable to come back to after a long day of work.

Money Grabbers
$38 a day to self park and $50 per day in their parking lot which is 50 yards away...ridiculous
Then they charge $25 a day which is basically because you are breathing air...its so stupid out of principle and just a damn money grab which again is just a money grab by the hotel...as if they need it....ridiculous!

Bedbugs!!!!
My family and I stayed at the Hyatt Centric for two nights. The first night was difficult to get some good sleep the air conditioner had the room freezing. When I woke up the next morning I noticed that I had a bump on my leg. I didn’t think to much about it. However the next evening I noticed, I had more bumps on my leg. When I examined the bumps I realized that they were all in a row. This is clear example of bed bugs!!! My children also had bumps on their body too. Stay at the Hyatt Centric at your own risk!!!! Stay somewhere else.

That food was horrible. For 30.i got two cold eggs under cooked bacon swimming in grease Luke warm coffee serve in paper containers. Also they are trying to charge an extra 700.in fees. We prepaid for rooms. Each room had 116. Recreation fee plus 38. in parking for 4 days. How does that add up to 700. Very disappointing for an Hyatt will return to the W hotels.

Property was in a great location! Our room was very nice however housekeeping missed a few things. There was a bottle of water that had been opened left in the fridge and no hand soap was left in the bathroom to wash our hands with. I would still stay at this hotel again, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice clean property. Felt safe but we were on the 14th floor and there is a restaurant or bar on the 15th floor. It was kind of noisy even with the sound machine the provided. I will stay here again but will request not to stay on 14th. All and ALL a great hotel and I feel safe. Have stayed several times here.
