Perfect hotel right next to the train and bus station. New amenities and perfect size room for a nights stay! Highly recommend, staff was amazing as well!

Nice boutique hotel on good location near railway station. Room was bit on a small side, but comfortable. Very comfortable bed and even though hotel was located near main railwaystation, room was quiet.

Barebones hotel. Dark hallways, shabby room, stained grout on shower tiles.
The are lights under the bed that turn on automatically when you leave the bed at night, waking up other people in the room who may be asleep.
Very rude young man at the front desk. Dismissive and super rude. We will never stay here again.

This hotel was a 5 minute walk from the Central Train Station. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety. My room was decorated nicely. It was close to restaurants and to the area where the bus leaves for tours. I would highly recommend this Hotel. Staff was very helpful.

The hotel is in a great location and the hotel was clean. They offer water and apples all day long. The taco bar was surprisingly good. The lobby was very cute and it had a lot of networking opportunities.

Well positioned for the train and bus station, just 5 minutes walk. Nice looking hotel, modern, well decorated with an abundance of real plants which was a nice touch. Our room was on the first floor and was very clean and comfortable. Our one niggle is that the room was too crowded. We had a king bed plus a chaise long plus large hanging chair. It made moving around the room a bit tricky, especially if your old and need to get up in the night :( . The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good, plenty of choice. We would stay again, especially as it was so convenient for public transport.

The decor was eye-catching. The layout of our room was super efficient. Every detail was thought-out. We wish we would have stayed in town for longer than a day. Easily walked to mirabell garden, hohensalzburg, the whole altstadt. Conveniently close to the train station but without train noise. Was our only hotel in europe that had AC that worked. They will fill your water bottle for you with sparkling or still at the front desk. It was such a nice stay.

Hotel was well situated next to the train station and walking distance from all major sites. The hotel is clean and pictures are reflective of reality. Only downside is the lack of amenities in the room like coffee.

Breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options. The dining area was very comfortable and welcoming with lots of greenery. It was so nice to be so close and within walking distance to the downtown core and train station.

A great, affordable hotel on the edge of Salzburg City Centre. Just a 3 minute walk from the main train and bus stations so great if you’re travelling in the area. A 12-15 minute walk from the old town about a 10 minute walk from where many of the tour operators have stands for a day trips. It’s a clean comfortable hotel with well thought through amenities including daily free fruit and water. We found it to be quiet and staff and other guests were friendly. Highly recommend!

Conveniently located near Salzburg Hauptbahnhof. Small but cozy rooms. Breakfast good (~19 EUR). Note that they do not service rooms unless requested, you have to pay extra for luggage storage and late check-out. About 1km walk to city, lots of bus options very close. As we came by train I found it really convenient. Would stay again.

The Cocoon in Salzburg was wonderful. It is easy to get to from the train station. It is close to both the old and new sections of the city. The staff was very warm and welcoming. And the rooms were just right. Best hotel we stayed at on our three week European trip.

Lovely small hotel with excellent staff, good amenities and a great breakfast table. Limited paid parking at the hotel, but big underground commuter parking garage right outside the entrance. Across the road from the main train station and a bus depot and walking distance to Mirabel park and other attractions, restaurants and shops. The room was small, but tastefully appointed. Could have done with a small closet to put away our stuff. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Kris, Beatrize and Hajia who gave us a lot of helpful tips and recommendations.

Probably the best service at any hotel I've stayed at. Employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast and taco bar dinners were excellent. Beds were a little hard and uncomfortable, but pretty much what you get anywhere in Europe.

Nice location to all scenic locations in walkable distance, hotel is small but well maintained, staff knew English, helpful and friendly. Only one issue is the shower standing base was so slippery because of plain plastic without any grips, almost fell down while taking shower and both elbows got bruised, overall everything were good.

The rooms are ridiculously tiny. We stayed in a "roomy" room and the 3 of us were cramped. Room was also dirty. One towel was in the room for 3 ppl. Shampoo/bodywash was empt in the shower. We felt dirty the entire stay, until I went out and bought a bar of soap. Highly do not recommend. It's a 20 minute walk to the city so beware.

Room didn't have any furniture to keep clothes. Chargea extra to keep luggages for thier customers when the customers are waiting for room. Beds are uncomfortable. Paid $200 per night but very little amenities. Of course no breakfast included. Terrible experience. Would never stay this hotel ever again. Hotel registration experience was bad as well.
