Overall this hotel was great. It was very clean and the staff, the 3 interactions had with them, were very very pleasant. The only thing that would have been better is if it were a bit closer to the Landmark/Cosmo World area. But the walk was not bad at all. It does have a 7-11 at the entrance of the hotel so that was very convenient. All in all aside from the walking distance (10/15mins) to the area we wanted to see, it was a great hotel.

It's a bit strange that the lobby is on the highest floor, not on the 1st floor :D

Great view from the restaurant on the 19th floor. Hotel was about 15 minutes walk to Yokohama station & 10 minutes from other attractions. The room was larger than expected with good amenities. Breakfast had a great selection as well, also close to supermarket if you needed anything additional.

Walkable distance from train station and a 24 hr-convenience store inside the building. I made it 4stars because I was expecting a bath tub. However I would recommend this hotel because it is a new building and convenient at the center of Yokohama.

Overall clean and spacious hotel, the only con is it takes around 15 mins walk to station or shopping area, which is a lot under summer hot weather.

Very nice “new” hotel in Yokohama area. The OK supermarket and a low priced sushi restaurant nearby. If the hotel wants more guests, a free shuttle bus service to Yokohama station should be provided in hourly interval.

The hotel has nice view with reasonable price, also there room is relatively spacious compared to the others. The area is also nice - walking distance to the New Takashima station and you can transfer to Yokohama or take that train to the China town or Motomachi. So it’s convenient enough.

This hotel is wonderful in every way except the small size of the room. However we have stayed here several times and will likely in the future.

Close to Minatomirai shopping with a convenience store located on the first floor.

Great base from which to experience Yokohama. Loved the self-service laundry! I didn't get the doorstop thing right - I was delivered lots of towels I didn't need (unused) but when I did leave it out, noone came. Maybe I put it in the wrong place?

No cafes immediately outside of hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff and room is quite spacious and clean. Located near several attractions. Staff was very helpful with the arrangement in sending my heavy luggage to hotel in Tokyo. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great for us and the staff wonderful. Great views to boot of the harbor!

Very clean and nice hotel to stay in.

Was a fantastic place to stay for a short time, only issue was a part of it was facing the train tracks so it did get a bit loud but that was all (was easy to get use to).

The room (two twin beds) was very spacious considering this is in Japan. The room was spotless and well maintained, The view was great, I opted for their breakfast buffet and it was well worth it, I would definitely stay again!

Great value for the price. We stayed on the 7th floor for a couple of nights and then moved to the 18th floor for the remainder of the stay. Staff was flexible and accommodating with the process. The view from the 18th floor was magnificent and the building smelled clean &new. The mattresses on the 7th floor room were rock- hard and we both woke up with back pains. (The beds on the 18th were better.) We didn’t care for the walk to the train stations. They were not so bad but can feel long especially with the luggage. I found it very odd that there were no phones in each room and had to walk to the elevator hall to use a communal one to reach the reception. Check- in and out and processes were very efficient and pleasant. We loved the convenience of having the Seven Eleven store on the first floor and OK mart across the street. OK mart building has some shops including a dollar store, sushi restaurant and a very large grocery store on the second floor. The membership is 200yen.
