This hotel exceeded all expectations. It was absolutely beautiful, the suite was amazing, breakfast was decent but loved that there was an omelette bar with made to order omelettes. There was even a happy hour and we got two complimentary drinks each.

Absolutely beautiful! Definitely had a wow factor. We were hoping to sit in the hot tub, but there wasn't one. Instead, though, we got to sit outside on the beautiful furniture around the fire. The bathroom was missing body wash and facial cleanser, and the bed was a bit hard, but the pillows were perfect.

We've stayed all over BG since we have had two children at WKU and the Embassy Suites is our newest fave. It's modern, sleek and comfortable while feeling both elegant and relaxing at the same time. The staff was very friendly, with a special nod to the hostess in the breakfast room. She is truly a gem and gave us all the tips and tricks we needed to successfully navigate breakfast. We will be back!

Beautiful hotel and spacious one bedroom queen suite. Perfect for our family of 5 for overnight! The indoor pool was perfect and the gym right beside it was a nice touch. Breakfast was incredible with plenty of options for adults and kids, including made to order eggs, waffles, and pancakes. The area around the hotel is more upscale and has plenty of options for dining and shopping! You will get your moneys worth staying here!

The only complaint we had was the non stop barking all night long. I was furious to stay at such an amazing place and have two annoying dogs on the same floor that didn’t stop at all. Besides that it was a beautiful hotel. My family just lacked sleep. I wish hotels would stop with the animal friendly crap because it destroys people’s vacation. I get it, you love your pets. So check them into a nice dog place while you go on vacation or find a sitter. We were so upset

Hotel is beautiful, but room cleanliness leaves a little to be desired. Upon checking in staff told me I had a reservation thru Expedia for 2 rooms. I told her that was incorrect and showed my Expedia res with one room. She told me maybe the second room would fall off. Stopped at front desk next morning and staff told me I was only charged for one room. All good. Later that afternoon staff called and said no, two rooms were charged. I was already out of town. Has yet to be remedied.

TV worked half of the time. No shampoo or conditioner in the shower. When we asked the Attendant about getting them replaced, she told us that it wasn't her job and to call the front desk. Food was the worst we have ever experienced at an Embassy Hotel. Potatoes tasted like cardboard and everything was cold.

They could have more outdoor sheltered areas for relaxing/coffee. All the outdoor areas we saw were uncovered and so unusable when it rained. A minor thing - and not worth removing a star.

This hotel was beautiful and spacious - it was the best Embassy Suites I have ever been in, and I like the chain very much. It had three fast elevators and plenty of parking, so getting settled in was easy. It also was a true suite with doors that shut between the living room, bathroom and bedroom. The lobby was spacious and spotless, and the bar area was lovely. Great breakfast, and lots of people were cooking and cleaning, so there was no line. Excellent stay!

We booked last minute on our way to visit family. The hotel looks brand new. The elevator is the quietest and smoothest elevator we have ever been in. The common areas are beautiful and unique. The room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Sleeper sofa was what you would expect. Breakfast was good. We highly recommend.
