Needs air conditioning, street is to loud. I was not able to sleep.

One night in Bilbao, excellent location and beautiful building on a nice street

The units are small but well maintained. Great location.

Everything was great, communication, room, environnement etc

The property is located close to the center and it walkable to lots of places of interest. No parking. No AC in the room. Also, we had a cockroach crawling on the floor, which was disgusting.

The lack of A/C in the rooms was really bad in the hot muggy weather of early September. There was a portable A/C unit in the hallway but the cold air couldn't reach into the room. There was a fan in the room, it was poor and noisy and didn't help at all. So DON'T stay there if the weather is warm!

Room 6 too hot and noisy, air conditioner running in hall outside room is noisy, too much light. But it had the best shower of our trip!

Fantastic accommodation right in the heart of the old town, but it’s still nice and quiet. Accommodation had everything you needed, fridge, microwave, tea and coffee, fan, cleaned every day and fresh towels also. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again😀

A little tricky to find but not impossible.Lived the location in old town adjacent to amenities and conveniently located for where we wanted to be.

The location is fantastic! The center of all of the action of the Old City! The staff is extra helpful. The disappointing part is that it can be noisy depending on the guests, and room #5 in particular is extremely uncomfortable with a loose toilet and lights from across the way streaming in all through the night as none of the rooms seem to have a very simple item, called curtains- adding dark curtains would change my over-all rating to a B+

Location was great for restaurants, sites and near beach. Host speaks English , and was very helpful. He gave great tips on where to go, see and eat. Rooms are nice, equipped but smallish and window saves airshaft.

We found the hotel easily. The room is big, with comfortable beds for 3 people. Even has microwave and fridge. Location at the edge of the old city is brilliant.

The apartment was in the heart of old town and that we liked. Not having anyone on the property was somewhat inconvenient although two blocks away there was someone always on duty. The biggest issues for us was lack of air conditioning, and the fact of noise on the street til all hours.
