Todo me pareció perfecto: La atención del anfitrión muy buena; Antes de venir a este lugar reservé en otro y la anfitriona nunca respondió a mis mensajes :( La localización perfecta y la habitación muy cómoda y limpia, con cocina y baño propio. Ideal para parejas o también gente que viaje sola como era mi caso: Las demás opciones de alojamiento en Río San Juan eran apartamentos completos y demasiado para mi. Repetiría sin dudarlo!

We got upgraded - thank you so much! The unit was spacious, well equipped and very clean. Amazing position, just steps to the beach. The man who checked us in was nice, showed us around the unit and provided the wifi code. Nice to have a rooftop pool to cool off in.

Excellent stay, room exceed my expectations, very crean space, confortable bed and pillows. Near to everything and to the beach.

Pool need a little maintenance

Ramon is very kind and excellent host. When we arrived a bigger room was empty so he upgraded us to a bigger room. He let us stay longer because I was able to travel yet because of my accident. He gave us a lot of recommendations. I would highly recommend his place. The swimming pool is amazing, the place is the same as on the picture and the location is amazing. The apartment is 1-2min away from the beach that has an amazing water. The city is also really good for female travelers.

The location is super tranquil, super chill. The room was very neat, clean and spacious. Ramon, the owner, was extra nice and very attentive. His treat made the stay even better. The air conditioner worked perfectly and the kitchen is very helpful. Very satisfied with my stay.

Super convenient location less than a block from the town beach. Super helpful owner, provided information for getting public transport to my next destination and double checked with the bus companies. The room was clean simple and comfortable, the kitchen space is small but efficient.

I was there on a Sunday, there seemed to be a fair amount of music being played around town that wafted into the room was quite loud but didn't stop me sleeping.
