le logement est prévu pour 8 personnes mais l'équipement de la cuisine n'est pas du tout prévu (manque verres, tasses, couverts, pas de chaises). le peu de vaisselle n'était pas très propre (passoire, plats) , l'intérieur du four sale. 2 petites cuillères pour 8, ça fait léger ... les protèges oreillers avec des fermetures cassées. Dans les chambres , aucune possibilité de ranger le linge (pas d'armoire, ni de penderie). Dans la petite salle de bain, pas la moindre patère... Le service de la conciergerie pas très efficace suite aux nombreux contacts et photos fournies. La chaudière n'était même pas activée malgré un temps encore frais à Reims à cette époque. Heureusement que nous avions des hommes débrouillards.

The location of this property was excellent and having free parking on street outside the house or secure a short walk away was great. Communication before and response time during our stay was also great. It is a lovely house with so much potential.

There is evidence of both showers leaking and the kitchen door leaked too, leaving the house smelling damp. There were only wine glasses and espresso cups, no mugs nor tumblers to drink from. A number of the plates were chipped or cracked. There were no dressers or wardrobes for storing clothes. Like other reviews we were given the wrong wifi information but this was resolved quickly. It just didn't feel like good value for money.

Nice, character house 15minutes walk from the city centre and cathedral. Not over furnished or cluttered - comfortable beds and pleasant outdoor space. very clean

Would have liked a toilet on all floors but otherwise suited our purposes perfectly

Location was good and the property was spacious

the car parking information was unclear - was sent an address which wasn’t right, and had to return to the property to get the key but still couldn’t find where to park. On our final day we found a photo (and correct address!) for the carpark. No apologies from the owner about that, fortunately we were able to find a park on the street only 3 streets away. The house could be furnished nicer and it would be so good! The rooms are sparse and uninviting. No soap or towel in the downstairs toilet as others had mentioned - wouldn’t take much to rectify this. no hand towels and the bath towels were thin and worn out. 3 cracked wine glasses in the kitchen.

Spacious and warm. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and toilets, great for family stay. Coffee machine with pods. Fully equipped kitchen *

*No large cups or mugs, only espresso cups and plastic beakers. No microwave oven. Patio door didn’t lock. Not enough towels for showering, though plenty hand towels. Pillowcases not ironed. These are small , picky things, easily remedied, otherwise excellent.

contacting the property owners was confusing and most of the time unhelpful. property is a little far from town and the bus system is confusing
