I was pleasantly surprised about this property. It was one of the least expensive places, but it was just me and just needed a place to crash for the night. The room was clean with new bedspread and had a kitchen table, fridge and microwave. I thought this was a tremendous value.

The customer Service! Daisy is the best help I’ve ever had. Always willing to help with no attitude! Everyone is very helpful!

Mold on the ceiling was a concern

I am a 6' tall guy. The shower barely reached my chest - meaning i had to bend a ways to wash my hair and face. There were roaches and a millipede that came out in the AM. The curtains had holes in them that let in light and there was actual dirt in a corner of the room. Beds were hard but functional.

Room also had a hole in the floor that was just covered with vinyl flooring that popped up. They gave us a smoking room and I asked for non-smoking as my wife is allergic. Also had to put down $100 cash deposit which I was never aware of prior to check in. That tells you what kind of place this is. Needless to say, we checked out early. Wouldn’t recommend this place and will not stay there again.

Bed was horrible. Hard as a rock. Discovered the next morning that sheets and blanket had blood stains in them so were obviously dirty. Was just too tired to notice beforehand. Was nauseous thinking about it. Ridiculous to pay $146 for this hotel. Made us pay a $100 cash deposit, but did give it back.

Room did not have a proper bathroom facilities, like no place tu put you toothpaste or something else.

Would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. Very dirty rooms, stained sheets, mud on the bed skirt, dingy towels, HORRIBLE water pressure. We were there with baseball and last minute. every where else was sold out or we would have went elsewhere and paid double.

I was not expecting a 5 star hotel, but it was the only hotel that had two beds in a room available because of graduation weekend. The room was clean, had a fridge and microwave, but it reeked of smoke, even though it was supposedly a non-smoking room (there were cigarette burns on the tub edge). The shower head only came up to my nose, so that was a challenge. The people hanging around between this motel and Motel 6 were loud. The bed was hard. Just not a great experience overall.

It was a quick in and out trip. Truly just needed somewhere to lay our head for the night. For the money it was exactly as I expected. Had wifi and tv. The refrigerator was loud so we unplugged it since we didn’t need it. The bedspread did have a burn hole and a couple of small stains. Other thank that as expected.

Qe were very displeased with the room, it smelled so bad in there, and it was pouring down rain so bad, we had to stand in it to check in.

I loved the beautiful scenery. I wished there was a pool.

We stayed here because we evacuated from our town with our dogs. It was a good check in but think maybe some of the other people are long term, don't know. We got an upstairs room and could hear the noise from the kids next room over. The shower drizzled, the bed was clean, and no carpet on the floor, that was a plus. Check out was good too. Hopefully we'll get more time to find hotels that accept pets.

Wendy was perfect! Housekeepers always nice, asking us if we needed anything. I would recommend coming here especially for the price. I had to stay for a few weeks due to relocation, and they were always polite and went over and beyond for any issues I had.

This property should be closed down until it is truly renovated. We had to stay because all the hotels in the area were booked. Otherwise I would have left the first night.

My father needed a place to stay For 2 nights ASAP . Before I could get to Corsicana. Yes I was trying to find the cheapest place, but by all means I had no idea the condition I sent him too. It was 10 pm when I called red roof inn while the nicest gentleman named Carlos I spoke to and explained the situation he took really good care of my dad and took him to his room. My father then told me once I got him to my house the conditions of the guest room., The carpet is filthy and was split he didn’t care about that ,but holes in the wall or poorly patched,but roaches at least 12 that he could see were alive, alot were dead on the floor or Almost dead (yes they obviously sprayed for them). He said the door looked like it had been kicked in from the top and the bottom at one point and didn’t know how to even locked. I called last night when I heard about that to talk to somebody. The woman who answered said she was sorry but they have not had any complaints like that and asked why my father didn’t let them know so they could’ve moved him to another room? I said well when they all be like that if one would like that she was not impressed with that statement. She at that point said again she was sorry but what is the point of my phone call? At that point I said I would like the owner to call me tomorrow. I never do reviews but I’m disgusted by her non caring about an elderly man who just needed safe clean place. I know they are called roadside Motel for a reason. But RRI ?
