Hotel is pretty clean, bed is really really small. House keeping don't do a good job while cleaning your room. Room service is super slow. Order 1 hr before your meal time, to avoid any waiting. They lack cutlery in the dining areas. Pls re stock the hotel with cutlery. Otherwise, every staff of the hotel was very polite and friendly. Only good thing. Cheers to that.

For the past month we have been traveling India to the North and West. The most wonderful stay and service we have received during our trip in India from 20 through 24 of April, 2024. Alisa was very helpful giving us suggestions to places and restaurants, making sure that we had everything we needed. Shiuli, at the restaurant, went beyond the extra mile to serve us always with a genuine smile. All personnel were very nice. Congratulations to the management and all the staff.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The staff excellence from all departments made our stay unforgettable.

I enjoyed tht the staff were very commiited to their jobs and great service, however I feel that perhaps management is pushing them too hard to be so attentive and helpful. This is not a criticism of the staff at all and perhaps just a little less is more.

* Poor service. The hotel staff could not book taxi for us, they could only provide number. Also housekeeping did not provide towels when cleaning so we had to ask for new ones. * Poor isolation of doors to room, which was not nice at night. * The pool area was under renovation which we were not informed of when booking the stay. You could still use the pool but not very nice to do when renovation was done at the same time.

Our stay at the property was relaxing and enjoyable. The room was good size with a nice balcony. The ambience around the lobby and dining area was also very good. Food is excellent but sometimes we found some of the dishes cold during the morning breakfast. The staff are very nice. However, some of them could do with a bit more smile and remembering requests but nevertheless they are very good. A couple of issues though: the bathroom could do with a bit of refurbishment especially the tiles in the shower area which looked not that clean around the corners. Secondly, the taxi drivers booked via the GoaMiles app are reluctant to come to the hotel as they say they get intimidated by the taxi drivers outside who are not signed up to that app and who charge atleast 1.5 times more than what is shown by the app. Overall, it was a relaxing experience. The Fairfield by Marriott Goau is a plesant hotel which is a short walk from the main road in Calangute. The staff were friendly and attentive, no difference between at "city" view and a pool view

We stayed at 2 different hotels while in Goa but this was our favorite Hotel. We actually stayed for 10 nights that is how much we loved it. We were treated like GOLD !! Would Highly Highly recommend this Hotel. From the front desk staff named Aakash to the bartender also named Aakash to the amazing staff in the buffet !

We stayed for 6 days and enjoyed our stay. Staff was very well behaved and always their to assist. Deepak and Chef Yoginder are very cordial and made sure each guest is at ease. Property is situated at perfect location and all beaches are accessible within 15/20 min.

The staff, especially the Chefs, Krishnandu Bannerjee, Shri Darti, were extremely helpful asking us about our stay and what we would like. All the staff were also helping out. However the rooms in the hotel are too small and it is in a congested locality.

It was a very fantastic trip. The hotel staff were very friendly & we had requested for a room change for which they had provided a room upgrade upon availability proactively. We didn't have to follow it up.

For Goa there was a very limited menu for Goan food, generally catered for non-Goan customers

Well kept property and courteous staff. Front desk staff was very helpful . Breakfast buffet was amazing and Chef's went out of thir way to make our vacation most memorable. Accomodated our every request and very pleaseant to talk to, loved our stay.

I went to Goa after a longish gap with my family for 4N/5D & stayed at Fairfield by marriott calangute & i would go out in plain words to say that the stay was AWESOME. The hotel, the location, the food, the staff, the service was top notch, i mean inspite of being sold out for a 170 odd room property to manage the guests at breakfast time each day was a no simple task, minor service quality issues can happen and do happen almost everywhere but the way the staff at this hotel were carrying out the operations was something to be proud about a fellow citizen of our country with many foreign guests also staying at the same time in that property. The chefs & the supervisors were going to each & every table almost on daily basis and enquiring about the food & if anything else is needed. The front office staff was extremely warm & the smile and grace with which they carried themselves at all times of the day was something remarkable. A special mention to the staff i personally interacted with and they really made us feel at home. Vivek Rawat , mayuri koli at the FO, Divya at the restaurant during breakfast, tushar at FO, sunil at housekeeping & aditi at operations are the few names which i would remember for some time to come not that others wernt as efficient or less efficient, nothing like that its just that other names i dont remember, from the guard at the gate to the GM each & everyone deserves an applaud & no prize for guessing where i would be staying when im in GOA again 😍

Property is clean and located near Calangute beach which is around 2 kms away. Hotel staff is courteous but not much cooperative. Specially at the time of breakfast when someone is arrived before the time but not offered anything post breakfast time.

6 days stay in Goa, hotel was clean and the food was above average. Only downside was the electricity in the local area would cut out for a minute, eight times daily. However, this did not spoil our stay. The staff were very attentive, especially Satarupa who was very informative and made us feel welcomed and Akash the bartender, was very pleasant and knowledgeable making cocktails. The following chief’s - Lekmath and Pramod Kumar went out of their way and prepared specificality foods to our taste.

A big thank you to Chef Pramod , Restaurant Manager Dixit and waiter Shantnu amongst others but these guys deserve a medal for all the hard work , politeness , eager to assist and professionals they are . Asset to the fairfield group . Thank you guys and the rest who truly went out there way to help me along with guest relations whos names i forgot but the warm smile and listening ears i will never forget. A smile always , a helping hand and an offering of help goes a long way . Keep it up guys . Be proud you made my stay comfortable .

All the staff were great.

The rooms were very small. Also I didn't get any discount despite being a Marriot Bonvoy member. What I liked is they upgraded my room for free to a room with balcony and the food was very good.

We had a nice stay at the hotel. The relationship manager Sunita was good to take care of our bookings. We were upgraded to a better room after there was an issue with our room first night. Overall highly teyfor stay in Calangute or north Goa.

The stay was great, the staff were lovely they are a great team they have over there. I would happily return to the hotel.
