Clean and comfortable nice staff this is our second time at sundown adventureland our children love it nice family time together at sundown adventureland I can't fault the place is brilliant for family's

I didn't like on arrival that wot we should of got was a hottub with our lodge which we didn't get then to have three very upset daughters as they thought same as mum and dad of having same lodge from our previous visit here unfortunately couldn't move us because everything was full it has put me off coming again if I'm honest it ruined wot we had planned for our girls Our booking confirmation states hottub but on arrival no where to be seen I would definitely ring if you book so can make sure you getting wot it state's on booking.com so you don't get upset children. The Manager is trying to sort it out for us so we are waiting on hearing something back as clearly wasn't sundown adventureland fault as we was told but still wasn't our fault aswell so hopefully changes will be made so other family's don't have the same issues

The site was absolutely lovely and we all loved our cabin. It was clean, everything was easy to use and the decor was really great. We all had a fabulous time and the proximity to Sundown was absolutely fantastic!

Park was lovely good for the kids. Lodge looked lovely and hottub a nice touch

Lodge was a tight squeeze for 5 people. Beds were uncomfotable and seating area was grubby and hadnt been cleaned properly

Everything was great quality, clean, accessible.

The Lack of a toilet brush was my only issue on our stay but was not a major issue.
