Limited english signage on gates to get into property. Only one trash can in my room. Towel rack and sink in bathroom loose and falling apart. Breakfast not ready on time, we had to wait everyday for breakfast to be served. No one at the front desk at my checkout, i jad to wait 30 mins for someone to show up. Too far of a walk from 1st ave, plus the staff kept giving us the wrong directions to get to 1st ave. Parking was horrible, dirt lot and very tight to get my car in and out. My car was filty was I left.

This place is so nice! I am visiting from Los Estados unidos and after staying here I'm almost considering staying here and commuting to any other place within a 50-mile radius because the service is so good. The rooms are Immaculate and fit for royalty. The breakfast is included and an authentic mixture of chiquitos, huevos y beans. The layout is beautiful, the decor is modernized and the place is secure. Great for a romantic get away or even a business trip. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. So great!

When we first pulled up to the property, we weren’t sure if we wanted to stay there. Because the hotel looks like a house. Only seven rooms It would be better clean as a bed-and-breakfast. Our room was very hot. The central air is controlled only by one thermostat for the whole With no temperature control for guest. We were brought up a swamp cooler to cool down the room. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The carpets in the room were dirty..

To get in to the property you have to ring the doorbell. Which is ok for the first time, but even after checking in you have to ring the doorbell and wait for someone to let you in. There was no hot water for the shower just lukewarm. The beds were noisy. Every time you move the bed made noise. The staircase to the upstairs room was tiny and spiraled up so getting our stuff in and out was a hassle. Staff was very friendly.

I booked the room with the beautiful tub and was not disappointed. It was lovely. The staff are wonderful. And breakfast is delicious.

It was a great experience so satisfied everyone was very friendly and courteous started with a welcome text from Yulia 2 days before arraival and end up with great breakfast from Aracely definitely coming back

Cozy atmosphere. Great breakfast. Very clean and safe. Paloma the hostess is very hospitable and friendly. Enjoyed sleeping with the window open (February) and the birds singing in the morning. Highly recommend.

Clean, quiet, and the idea of been at home, very upscale place without the price of a finest hotel and the breakfast was delicious the people treat you like home I'm back to this place soon.

Quiet neighborhood, very friendly staff, safe parking for my car. They catered to my dietary preferences during the free breakfast which was incredibly kind of them. The room was nice and private, could have been cleaned better, but overall was worth the price paid.

The truth is I was not able to stay here. I started calling as given the number by hotels.com prior to my 6:00 p.m. the night before cancellation to inform the hotel that my husband went into the emergency room and we weren't sure if we were going to need to cancel and not knowing if I could get the room back if we were going to continue to take our trip. No one ever answered. Needless to say at my husband is still in the hospital and I've contacted the hotel and hotels.com in order to provide a doctor's letter to get my money back for this unfortunate situation that's happening everyone has declined. Does anybody have any customer service ethics and compassion anymore?

Great place! Amazing staff! Delicious breakfast! Beautifully decorated! All in all, it was a wonderful place to stay and very safe! Wish I could've stayed more days.

The location is perfect, far enough to not hear loud clubs and traffic. The staff is extremely helpful and communicate via WhatsApp of any changes to the codes. I received a text before I arrived letting me know they were waiting for us and asking if we were celebrating any special occasions. The house was immaculate! Highly recommend and we will be coming back!!!!

This boutique hotel is a gem!!.. you can't find a better place, the house is beautiful, and the rooms are well decorate, and well maintained!!.. classic style, so comfy. The environment is mellow!!..

Our stay at CA was excellent. The customer service and communication from the hotel exceeded expectations. The property was easy to find. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Our room was comfortable and provided a great nights rest after several hours of travel. Sebastian provided several restaurant recommendations which did not disappoint. Breakfast was quick and delicious. Casa Asturias is a hidden gem. We would definitely stay again.

Clean property and free breakfast. 100 bucks on a Friday, not too bad. However the pool needed to be vacuumed and netted.

Amazing stay at Casa Asturias!. Incredible house, lovely pool and patio area, top-notch cuisine at the breakfast. No doubt the highlight of our trip. btw they gave me a medical pass, just 5 minutes at the cross border !
