We got there to check-in and they had no rooms available

The hot water is not available after two days stayed. Room is not available for you to change. Breakfast is wonderful. Especially Christine in breakfast area, she is very excellent. Even your room have problems, share with her, and miracles will happen.

The team is very kind

Not a bad choice, but not my first choice. If you don’t mind strangers sharing your space, and being woken up a lot, then it’s fine.

what i didnt like?? i got charge for the room and got cancel when the day come.. got me and my family stranded without room for the day that was booked for and confirmed, and credit card has been charge and money already minus out of bank.on the same day that was book, took like about a week to get money reimbursed, what really UPSETTING is that credit card info being exposed, room cancel notice recieved at the last hour, ruin plans and causing more problem booking room from ex[edia a waste of time and exposed personal info for nothing...i would pick no star if there is the option to click .

Neatness

When I booked the reservation it was difficult to communicate with the hostel since they only allow texting, the property offered 24 hours front desk but they closed for the night, the air conditioner was broken on my room and I had to spend the night mostly outside in the cold weather, since the security wouldn't allow entrance to the reception room, this company uses third party hotels to check in guests but no customer service at all in case anything brakes, It was my worst ever experience and as a result I canceled other bookings in Hollywood florida and san juan puerto rico, I think the company uses a misleading word to resemble hostels but, there are no activities neither common areas such as kitchen to cook, this was a scam

Good for budget traveler at convince location.

Booked my stay online. Drove to location and was told that the price was incorrect so my booking was cancelled but money refunded. VERY INCONVENIENT

The pictures of your hotel do not match the actual property. Your sign was not visible and I never knew the name of the hotel until I got there. Bposhtels was the name /brand you advertise your business. Driving in and out was somewhat innaccessible. I thought I was going to Jack in the Box. Was not able to make personal and direct contact regarding my bed arrangements. I had no idea I was paying for a matress only, and this should be spelled out on your ad.

Great location if your visiting Disneyland or the convention center. Great value, lots of dine options. Will stay again if ever in the area.

$45 for a bed to sleep including breakfast (bakery, yogurt, fruit), and coffee and tea all day are good. You can not expect a comfy bed and a nice pillow. This is what you pay for..

I have very little good to say. I requested a female only room , received confirmation that I was a female only room, received later confirmation that I was in a mixed room. Emailed the hotel after talking with Expedia and was told in an email from Diego that he moved me to a female only room. Upon arrival I find out that I’m in a mixed room. The girl at the front desk was apathetic and said she couldn’t do anything. I called Expedia and they could not accommodate my needs. This may not be a big issue to some, but I am a DV survivor who suffers from PTSD and it has been awful-I feel trapped with nowhere to go. This trip was gifted to me and it has been marred because of this. I will not be leaving a glowing review and I am livid and living in fear on my vacation. Thank you.

I loved the room and options for low cost stays while at Disney. I only had a gripe with a girl who spent a hour in the shower so I couldn’t use the toilet. Next was a girl arriving into the room at 12 midnight and she proceeded to shower for 30 min leaving both bathroom lights on while she brushed her teeth and got ready for bed. I felt that was way too late to shower and be inconsiderate to the other two of us girls in the room. That only happened once so glad that wasn’t the normal. I couldn’t fault the property and I asked the front desk the next morning and told me to contact them via phone or email. If someone is hard at walking up stairs outside then this would be a hard room to get into. I liked the hot water, room had a safe for each person and towel, soap shampoo and hair dryer. I also appreciated the fridge and microwave. The little bed lights were a plus near the bed along with the extension chord strip for other outlets. Overall this was a good place, I did ask for two more pillows which was granted. They also had a breakfast room and I was able to get some quick grab on the go drink and fruit, yougart. This hotel is right in the Harbor ART #4 line for bus to Disney, perfect cause you have to walk across the street and there is the pick up and drop off. Couldn’t be easier!

Room to crowded

Cleaning hours were 11am-3pm. Cleaning staff came in whenever they pleased outside of those times, told me how they watched me sleep. I would’ve left the room knowing they’d come past 3pm. I understand having roommates, having people who weren’t staying in the room coming in and out in undesignated times was upsetting. Which they only actually cleaned once in my 3 night stay. Belongings were supposed to be kept under the bed or in designated drawers. I respected those rules and kept my belongings there, the one time house keeping came in house keeping took my clean towel that was half in my bag to indicate that I didn’t want it taken out. My belongings were neatly under the bed and housekeeping pulled out my personal belongings. I know I wasn’t staying in a fancy place, that doesn’t mean housekeeping should intrude and rummage through my belongings when I was following the rules. Front desk staff were very nice and welcoming. We’re friendly whenever I was around and made nice conversation. Room itself was pretty decent hard to complain for a hostel room. Housekeeping was the main issue here.

Awesome clean environment

It was very good.

I was put in a mixed room, when I was expecting to be with other females, so this is the fault of Expedia, who did not even ask my preference. However, after spending night with other male strangers, I asked for a female room, which the front desk person could not do, as they were full. When I went back to my room to take a shower, housekeeping came (saying they were short-staffed), and I could not take my shower. (?!) I told them I had to go, and needed to shower before leaving, but they wouldn’t leave, so I never got my shower. Upon inspection before leaving, I saw that the bathroom wasn’t very clean. Everyone someone moved in their cot, there was a loud squeak. There were no overhead lights, so it was pretty dark (only little lamps here and there).You only get 1 pillow & 1 towel. I went here to save money, and because of all the good reviews, however, they have a sigh on the bathroom window (and the website) saying that for the most creative 5 star review they get each week, they will give the person a total refund. I emailed them afterwards and asked for a refund, but they just answered, saying that I was booked in a mix room. The mixed room situation was uncomfortable! (and funny) So - this is the fault of Expedia, that they booked me in a mixed room. I wanted to leave after the first night, but had to stay a 2nd night. Both nights, I was the only female in the room. When you book, make sure you get what you need! They did have decent coffee though.

Stay was good and I would recommend but housekeeping was bad. They only changed towels for new tenents coming in that day. I stayed for 3 days and they never changed my towel even after i requested housekeeping people. Sheets were not changed and they just folded and put them on but not new sheets
