There was no breakfast. This run down property is remotely located in he ghetto. No conveniences nearby and scary to even attempt to walk the streets. There's nothing to like about this place.

Everything. The actual property is a far cry from what's posted on the internet. You do not get what's posted up......kinda like robbery.

This property and our host shumaul met all of our expectations. I will recommended this place to anyone .

The location is terrible, if someone gives a good review is fake. Very dangerous area. NO hot water at all ( even one faucet only). In the kitchen .. black water only..

The place was clean, attractive and had most of the basic amenities you need in a home away from home. The host was prompt to respond and VERY accommodating. Shumaul helped make our experience great and worry free! The pool is convenient too, as it's literally right outside the back door. We cooked A LOT. We loved the open and spacious kitchen. It's a perfect unit for a couple! There's fresh sugar cane in the backyard too but be sure to ask the host or property manager about sampling the sugar before cutting a stalk.😁 Altogether, we had a wonderful and restful visit, and if we return to Georgetown, we would stay at this charming location again!

No bath or dish towels. Traveling internationally and with luggage often being expensive to carry, I never bring towels. Thankfully, my fiance ALWAYS has a towel 😀. You will need a car, a transportation budget or be content at the property. It's about a ten to fifteen minute ride to the center of Georgetown. There is an upstairs unit so you may hear people upstairs if it's in use. You can boil water for instant coffee or bring your own maker. We did not find a coffee maker. I drink great coffee daily so not having that basic appliance slowed me down a bit. The instant coffee I eventually purchased was not my preference. The property is typical for the area (not including hotels). There is one remote controlled airco unit in the bedroom and a large, efficient oscillating fan in the sitting room. Finally, do not expect hot showers. Surprisingly however, the temperature of the water is adequate enough for a comfortable shower. It's the temperature of a late spring day's rain water. Truthfully, it was hard to write about any dislike because we really enjoyed our stay. We think it's important for future guests to know a few things before they arrive. It's a very clean and attractive place. Enjoy!
