It's a new hotel, clean, with pool and good breakfast. The staff was kind to let us check in early in the morning. 10-15min walking distance to Huacachina. Good value for the money paid. Recommend

brand new… comfortable and just a 5 min drive to Huacachina oasis. all the rest I had checked out looked worn down.

Property is close to Huacachina and can walk there in about 15 min. Breakfast was included (scrambled egg, bread with jam and coffee)

They advertise a pool but when we went to use it, it had bits of toilet paper, a lot of dead bugs and clearly murky waters so hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. I wish I would’ve know that as there are cheaper options without a pool in that area. Also floor was dirty from previous use. They also have interesting policies of no eating/drinking in the room and will charge you for any sort of stain on the sheets (even though ours had a large stain when we first arrived)

I reserved the location for a stay at the end of December 2022. Due to the demonstrations taking place at that time in Peru, I had to cancel my entire trip (I live in Canada). This location is the ONLY one which refused to give me a refund. All other hotels did, all across the country, whether I had a 'refundable' or 'non-refundable' rate. They all understood well-enough the exceptional circumstances. I was frustrated of course. Then I looked at other reviews for this hotel, to find people saying 'funny things' like they had been invoiced twice (one time in cash, another time credit card) or, in a more general fashion, that the owners were basically greedy people with no interest for anything but the money of their customers. I have to say, my experience relates to this exact aspect: pure greed, short-sighted business vision. This hotel will obviously stay away from my future plans (of course I plan to go to Peru as soon as the situation has improved). Should the reader of this review plan to stay there, consider scrolling through the negative reviews first, and observe the recurring themes posted there. You might end-up selecting another location? Sometimes, a good night of sleep and peace of mind are worth paying a few extra dollars, and/or walking another 100 meters.

The staff care so much for the client! I will never be grateful enough for all the help that one of the employees gave me. Other then that the hotel is very clean and beautiful, the location is perfect

The entire place was beautiful, quiet and comfortable

they told us to wait as they wanted to check the room before we leave, they apparently found a stain and try to make us pay. we were runing late for our bus back to lima and we told we did not make the stain and we had to leave. because of this incident we miss our bus back to Lima, luckily we booked throught redbus and the bus agent change our tickets with no problem for the next bus. However if this incident would not have happened eveyrthing would have been perfect. everyone was friendly, they cleaned our room everyday.

The room we stayed in was nice and light with a hot shower.

The noise at night wasn’t great however if you have ear plugs you will be fine.

Very comfortable bed and lovely pool. Staff were very kind and attentive. Included breakfast of eggs and bread, which was appreciated each morning.

Although the hotel is located very near Huacachina, it is positioned down a largely abandoned side road up the hill from the oasis. We did not feel very comfortable walking here in the evening and resorted to getting tuk tuks out of Huacachina early each night to ensure safe passage. This was the one minor fault.

At the time of staying this hotel had only been open for 2months, so they were still finding their feet. My husband got locked in the bathroom for 45 mins after the door got stuck and they had to break in. Having said that, they were very apologetic and offered to move us to a new room. Approx. A 10/15 min walk in to Ica.

Modern Hotel with Pool and clean rooms.

I would not recommend this hotel. First of all, there is a nightclub next door and the music plays loud until 6 am. When the music in the night club stops the music at the breakfast area starts. We could hardly sleep at all. Second, the hotel just defines their own exchange rate from soles to dollar and we had to pay way more than the usual price. Third, we booked the night directly at the reception and asked for a discount, the host Charged us almost twice the amount of the available booking rate on the internet. When we confronted him with this he acted ignorant and careless. It seems like making money to the owner is more important than caring the customer.
