I was in Lake Garda for a wedding and was looking for a place, that was near the wedding, and stumbled upon this incredible place. The view is to die for, the Pool was clean and had just the perfect temperature for the hot summer days, Italy is known for. The rooms have Air Conditioning, the beds were comfortable, and overall a very clean place. The Staff were very friendly and very accommodating. The restaurant next to the villa is a great place to eat at. I would book this place again.

It is not a negative thing per se, but I think it's important to know, that it could be quite difficult to get to this place. A car is recommended as it is quite a ride up the hill. I don't know if there is any public transportation driving around to this place.

All you need is this great view - it's spectacular, and a pool - that's huge. The property is on a hillside, above the olive tree grove. Great restaurant just 100m up the hill. So you only might need an electric MTB, to enjoy the mountains, but otherwise, your whole holidays can be at this spot!

Parking on the property is a bit challenging, but you can leave your car on the street.

Narrow road with locals going high speed, but you can live with that.

since we were with kids there are no kids playground. and check out is at 10 am, not ok for us.

During the next visit to Garda, this will be the only place to stay we'll be looking for. Everything was perfect in all respects. The room and kitchen were equipped with everything you might need, everything is very neat and cozy. The view is spectacular. Would have put 15 out of 10 if that was possible.

Super quiet and nice area with great view. Pool, garden area and building are very well maintained and pretty new. Super friendly staff and excellent cleaning job, a/c worked perfect. Also on-site services for breakfast etc. worked excellent.

In case of noisy guests you might have some trouble, we could literally follow all conversations happening in the appartment next to ours in the main room (sleeping rooms were much better). Also the parking situation wasn’t perfect in the afternoon/evening as there were many guests at the nearby restaurant.

Wonderful stay at Cascina Varini.

The apartments are very clean and bright with thoughtful interior. Everything you need is there from bin bags to dish washing soap. The pool and the garden area is large and also very clean. The property is located far up and very private. Walking to shops is therefore not possible

Very quiet and relaxing. The pool is great if you have kids and the apartment was nice and comfortable. Being able to order the breakfast the day before was also convenient and allowed us to relax even more. It was also great to have a restaurant right next to the hotel with good food.

The place is just wonderful, the view is perfect, better than the photos, very clean, the bed was really comfortable.

Alles war gut

Best view of the lake you can get (we drove around it so I can tell). It has got everything you need to have a great time. They offer to do the shopping for you (for breakfast) so you can order the evening before and have fresh breakfast the morning after (for a surprisingly good price!) I highly recommend this place.
