Absolutely nothing i have paid double what i usually pay but get nothing in return and was shocked when i started to realise I have been scammed with fake and false add details

Don’t make the mistake of renting this apartment, one of the most frustrating mistakes in our lives. First of all, the add of this apartment is totally misleading and deceiving we were not told that we are not Hilton guests, we were lied too and mislead, we thought that we would be Hilton guests and we were shown that we would be in the orchid street tower, which is tower 1. Turns out were in the second tower (Boulevard tower), with a different view of what we were shown in the deceiving add. The misleading add was claiming that the view would be all ocean view however, 99% of the view was construction and building, with 1% of ocean view. Thus, the hustle of finding the apartment keys was a different frustration, apparently we had to go to Woolworths and get the keys from a locker, which of course we were not told about. Hence, there is a fine in the loading zone to get the keys, which was an extra dilemma to deal with. Even though they knew that the access to the boulevard building would be highly difficult to find, they did not bother to come in themselves, or hire someone to help find the apartment. After hours of searching they suggested that they can send us someone to show us the correct way for an extra charge of $120, on top of the few thousands of the rent. Because we were not Hilton guests we did not receive the correct directions. Plus, the few people who bothered to try and help us were just saying “you are in the wrong building” rather then leading us to the lift that was just around the corner of the lobby. Hilton reception were highly unprofessional. The owners of this apartment, did not let us know about many issues we should have been aware of. Turns out that because of the schoolies the police close up the streets from 4pm to 2am, Hilton did advise the owners to let us know, however again they did not even bother to let us know.

Location in centre of Surfers was exceptional

Could have been a "how to" book - had to find out about Wi Fi & TV by trial & error.
