We very much enjoyed our stay at the Pink Retreat! It was the perfect, relaxing home away from home that our family needed. The house was perfect, beautifully decorated, and functional. Each larger bedroom having it's own personal bath was great and the large living and dining/kitchen area allowed us all to be together. The back porch and walkway leading to the beach was divine and our personal favorite, the large porch swing was perfect for morning tea watching the sun some up. We enjoyed playing and walking the beach. The latches on the gates made the safe feel safe for our young child. So close to town and to the park at the end of the street, and a quick drive into Charleston- the location couldn't be better. The whole team was great to communicate with, and were so quick with anything we needed. I hope to visit again someday!

My family of 5 rented the house for a week during Christmas. We were very pleased and would visit again. Before we arrived there was a large rain storm that caused flooding around Charleston. The property manager reached out to us with pictures and assurances that everything was ok on the island. We very much appreciated the proactive contact and throughout the rental process the manager remained communicative. We have found over the years that you can rent a beach house and find that they are a little bit dirty. Sand under beds, amenities outside the house worn out, etc. This house was the exact opposite. Incredibly clean and well taken care of. Nice appliances a gas stove, etc. We cooked a lot during the trip and found the kitchen to be very will stocked. We brought a meat thermometer, which they didn't have, but otherwise there wasn't a single thing that we needed that wasn't available. Finally, the pictures on the website don't really do justice to the beach proximity of the house. Off the back deck is a long walkway over dunes that leads to a private stairway onto the beach. It was great. My whole family enjoyed walking up and down the beach and the easy access made it really convenient to get to and from the house. Great house and very well managed.

This place is awesome! They have done such a great job with thinking about everything a guest would need. We only left this amazing location to get food. Ha! The house is beatiful. The back porch is perfect with the giant swing. Each of the rooms and bathrooms are beautiful made and decorated. We hope to make this location a tradition. ❤️

The beach house was beautiful! The location was so convenient to town. The back porch was huge and where we spent most of our time! Natalie was so great and responded minutes after, super responsive. I would recommend the Pink Retreat to everyone! This was one of the best girls trip and the house was a big part of it!

This location and the house itself were more than we expected. Gates off the back deck latch so kids can’t get through to the beach or down the side stairs to the outdoor shower.(with hot water). House is very clean and the owners artwork is on display. Kitchen had everything we needed! We will be back!!!

A wonderful place to hang your hat for a lazy long weekend in the summer. Comfortable, and well appointed home. Great amenities. Great porch with a porch swing/hammock thats perfect to nap on! Will be booking next year!

We rented the Pink Retreat for a weekend friend getaway. If you want a relaxed location with an amazing beach but still be close to all the happenings downtown, this is the perfect place! The house was exactly as advertised, very clean and comfortable with a great common area. The beach access was a huge boon. Beach chairs and toys are provided, but be sure to pack your own umbrella. We would return to the Pink Retreat in a heartbeat!

Wonderful layout. Enjoyed the back deck with the amazing view. The easy walk to the beach was a godsend since one of our family hurt her knee just before the trip. Can tell they are set up for kids, which worked out great for us. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at this remarkable Folly Beach home was nothing short of extraordinary. As a family with a young child, we were particularly impressed by the child-friendly aspects of the home. Our little one had a ball exploring and playing on the porch, even during those rainy days. The hosts were accommodating, and ensured our stay was comfortable and trouble-free. In a nutshell, we were incredibly pleased with our stay. The house, the location, and the host all surpassed our expectations. We look forward to our return visit. For anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Folly Beach, we cannot recommend this home enough.

The extended front porch is gated off from the boardwalk, so our toddler grandchild could play outside without running to the beach! The home was very clean and nicely appointed with everything we needed. Beds were also very comfortable. The owners were quick to respond to our questions. We loved staying in an older home with charm and loved the updated bathrooms and appliances. We also loved our location because we had a playground a block away and could walk to town if we chose. We would definitely choose this home again!

The location is perfect the house has all the amenities, beautifully decorated beds so comfortable,updated throughout. Wonderful time great memories made. Walking distance to town.

We loved the house . We loved that it was a beautiful older home . The view was wonderful and the location was perfect. . The kitchen had everything my professional chef son needed. Great place for my family and grandsons. We will be back

The Pink House is exactly as pictured but so much more. It's an older cottage that has been well updated well with attention to detail, charm, and personality. Think shabby chic with the emphasis on chic. The towels and bed linens are good quality, and the beds are sooooo comfortable. It's close to downtown, yet it also provides a private oasis. The beachfront is where you’ll spend most of your time on the wide and comfy porch with the great new private walkway to the beach. We were initially a little wary that there were no other recommendations but figured out it’s simply because it’s newly refurbished. Great internet and easy to use TV’s, games, books, cozy throws, etc. There was nothing not to like about this place. Get in on this gem while you can. If you book it you'll be more than pleased.

Mom grew up in Charleston and as kids we spent summers at Folly Beach at our grandparents beach house. Mom turned 90 recently and we brought her home to celebrate and go visit everyone and everything she wanted to see. The house was perfect and the weather spectacular. An amazing stay...I can't think of anything I'd change. Thank you so much and hope to be back someday.

The property is quaint and has a local feel to it. There were 6 of us for 4 nights and there was plenty of room. We all absolutely loved it and would totally recommend it. The only thing that was a disappointment was that the windows would not open so you could not get the fresh ocean air at night.
