Location and Cleanliness Air conditioning - it was too cold and we couldn't turn on the AC.

This place was not as advertised. Although the furnishings are there the place is run down. Shower door kept falling off and the lining was off along with hair in there when arrived. We had 8 people (3 kids) for 1 day but the pull out couch couldn't come out without moving the very heavy coffee table which left no room. The kitchen m, hot water, and internet were good. The second bathroom was tiny. Just a toilet and an adult had trouble squeezing in-largely used for kids and no place to even hang or place a hand towel. The kitchen window was open to outside/vent so no privacy-could hear everything and other people you. The window shades could not be closed and faced other apartments. The walls had holes and scuffs and mold. The check in system requires EVERY adult to scan passport and get a face scan--more security than customs. If you want any privacy or clean fresh place-don't choose here. You also have to use an app to get the doors locked and unlocked in the front entrance to the apt and to the door itself. You must hence have international phone plan. Also note that the place is "internal" which means you have to walk past the first elevator, down a dark hall and to the second stairs and elevator. We went to the external same apartment and had to move all our stuff again which wasn't great with young kids and elderly. Overall I wouldn't recommend. We tried contacting the management company but they said the hair, holes,& falling apart shower was normal.

The check in process was terrible. None of us had wifi activated and could not get into building. After an 18 hour travel day we were exhausted and it was not an easy process. We ended having to go get a key form management company because even after wifi was activated the front door would not open.
