Luxurious bathroom equipment.
Many facilities in the hotel have not been completed. There are many cockroaches in the toilet in the room. There are a lot of waiting at the counter when checking in. It took an hour to queue to check in. When the counter staff refused to help us check in, giving priority to the locals in the rear to check in. It can't be said that every counter staff is like this, but we encountered this situation. It's really a very bad check-in experience. We will never come back for a second time. I hope you can think twice before booking this hotel.

I like that there is a casino near the hotel.
1. When we arrived at the hotel lobby entrance, nobody assisted with our luggages. The guard tried to call the bellman but no one came.
2. There are around 3 check-in counters but only 2 are functional. The check-in process takes a long time.
3. I originally booked thru booking.com for the 1st 2 nights of our stay there. Our room was deluxe city view. But I booked an extra night (3rd night) beforehand since I had a hotel voucher for deluxe seaview. I arranged for the reservation for the 3 nights around 2 weeks prior. A few day prior to check-in, I called the customer service to confirm our reservation. I also asked the CS agent if we need to check-out and check-in again on our 3rd night of stay since our room will be different. The CS agent told me that there is no need to check-in and out on the 3rd day. We will just transfer to the seaview room. However, upon check-in, we were advised by the FDO that we need to check-in and out at the front desk before we can transfer to our seaview room.
3. We left our luggage with the concierge around 2pm while we were checking in. We gave our luggage ticket to the FDO so that he can advise the concierge to bring our luggage to our room. Around 4pm, my husband called the concierge to follow-up our luggage. The concierge told him to give him the details of our luggage (# of bags) before they will bring our luggage up. Around 5pm, I went to the concierge to follow-up our luggage. That was the time the concierge was forced to bring our luggage up to our room. While entering the room, the concierge handed me my heavy luggages just near the entrance. He did not bother to place the baggage inside the room even though they were heavy.
4. I went to their lobby lounge hoping to be able to order some refreshments. However, no attendant came to me to take my orders. There was a man behind the counter who did not care at all while I was looking for someone who can assist me. I left after around 30min.

Hotel is new,clean,nice comfortable beds
It took too long waiting for the bell boy to carry our luggages to our room and same thing happen when we were checking out it took more than an hour from the time I called the concierge that we need help wirh our luggages,also checking in the staff at the counter there were 3 or 4 of them,didn't even greet us like "good afternoon or how can we help you" they just look at us and kept talking to each other,this needs to improve if you want customers to come back to your hotel or recommend your hotel to our other friends

The pool hours should have been longer time so we can relax and have drinks around the pool. Also, wish the infinity pool is larger than what it is now. Too crowded for a small swimming pool and limited seating for a huge hotel

I like it overall rating but since it is still new some services still not available like shuttle from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. Spa is not avIlable and the pool should be open 24hrs.
The signage going to the hotel is not clear. Even the guards don't know how to instruct where the hotel is located. The turning point is too far because of the street island.

The Breakfast Buffet is the flagship of the Hotel and was 5 star however the room service food was disgusting and was served stale and off food that was not edible.
Room service food was off stale and noticeably inedible, when concierge was approached on this matter they did nothing and made no attempt to rectify this matter. the food served by room service on two occasions was inedible. no quality control for room service food. The Amenities that the Hotel stated to have where not yet even commissioned or even functioning like spa, sauna or Gym so false advertising was not appreciated. Hotel should employ window cleaning crew more often as looking through severely streaky Glass when paying the extra money for a sea view on upper floors looses all its worth, and the steel junk yard below was a real eye sore lol ... all in all the buffet Breakfast was amazing and the only reason I would ever bother returning.

Relatively new hotel. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet is good. Not all facilities are yet open but they're getting there.
There was a cockroach 🪳 in the shower and lots of fruit flies in the room. Laundry wasn't provided on time. I had to call housekeeping several times to get status and laundry delivered.
