We pretty much loved everything, the place was very clean with everything we needed for a short weekend, hot tub was warmed up and ready for us and actually very clean. Stayed a few places before with hot tubs and they are normally questionable if they got cleaned or not. This time there was no question it was ready to go! The beds were comfortable and the views were amazing

Our code had a zero in it and that button was sticking so we locked ourselves out before we could even get in but we called and it got fixed right away so no biggie. Also we went out our second day and didn't get back until around 11pm... a bear had ripped the cover off the hot tub which freaked us out for a bit but once we realized it was a bear and not a person and they were gone we relaxed and enjoyed our last night there

The description fails to tell you it’s isolated on the top of a mountain with a one lane narrow, steep, winding road to get to. So steep my car motor was whining. If you let your foot off the brake in drive your car goes back. There is an abandoned building right before you get to the cabin. No outside lights to see. We never made it into the cabin because we were already at a steep incline on the road and had to make a uturn to get to the driveway at a steep angle. Your car is so much at an angle you can’t even see what your turning on to. On one side of the driveway is a big drop off. We were scared for our life. The elevation and the difficulty getting to this cabin should be in the description. We ended up getting a hotel room because they were not willing to work with me. And were not willing to refund me. But there was no way I was going to mess up the engine on my car or put myself in danger trying to get to this cabin. When I asked for refund she told me it’s in the description that you need an all-wheel drive vehicle to get to it. WRONG. There is no place in the description that says anything about how you get to it. Just a lot of words describing the beauty of it. Again guests should be warned!!!
