Lounge and dining area smart modern and welcoming. Staff friendly and helpful.
Room was very dated, uncared for (although clean) and zero soundproofing. The large group of very drunk loud men kept us awake all night and their disgusting (still drunk) behaviour at breakfast including the worst kind of swearing in front of young families was not challenged. I don't blame the (all female) staff who were clearly very intimidated but the company that took the booking. The listing implies a level of comfort and surroundings that simply did not exist. The rooms need total refurbishment.

The bed was really comfortable, the room was spacious and had a lovely bathroom.
There was rubbish left in the wardrobe. The bed sheets looked like the same from previous customer. The carpet desperately needed a hoover and there was a already opened bottle of water that wasn't replaced which I had to chuck in the bin.

They kindly changed our room to accommodate health issues. Comfortable and really clean. Breakfast was well stocked and hot. Staff really pleasant and helpful. Great location and good value for money.

I loved our Superior Suite - having two separate rooms but together was so much better than two completely different bookings as we were a group of friends. Breakfast was lovely. Very good value for money. Excellent quiet location whilst still being close by. Staff very helpful.
I don't actually NEED a TV in the bathroom - but if you have one, then I would like it to work! If it doesn't work and can't be fixed, it would be better to remove it so that people aren't disappointed when they try and use it. Curtains were hanging off the curtain pole in one bedroom and the pepperoni that was on the stairs up to our suite when we arrived, was still there when we left... It wasn't awful by any stretch of the imagination but I'd probably try somewhere else next time.

We were upgraded to a nearby apartment which was superb.
Although evening meals were advertised as being available with an excellent choice the dining room was not open at all when we went in the evening. Very disappointed as local eating establishments were few and not good. No draught beer in the bar.

We have stayed at the hotel several time prior, so the room and facilities were overall very good.
Had to wait over 30 minutes to get our room due to a reception error. We were not given any information while they were trying to resolve the problem, during which we were not even sure we would get our booked rooms. Next morning, we had water coming through the ceiling in the bathroom. Not sure why this occurred, and possibly not the fault of the hotel, but overall it didn't help with our experience.

Big room and very clean. Bath room good and very nice and clean staff nice and friendly one of the best I have stayed in in a long time I would use the hotel again when I am up there
Couldn't get the room atill 3 would have liked to put our bag in room when we turn up at 1 30 then have a look around the town but had to start the look round first but that is a very small thing overall a very lovely weekend away in a good hotel

Welcoming and helpful staff; room and hotel very clean; excellent (generous) hot and cold buffet breakfast; private parking on site (not huge, but just park carefully). On the monring of my delarture, I needed a place to do a couple of hours of work and they arranged a quiet space for me in their second dining room. Literally a minute's walk from Aberytwyth fabulous promenade, lots of shops and restaurants, etc. Will definitely book here again.

We have stayed there before so we know we will have a reasonable room and breakfast and evening meal should we decide to have one. We know we will get a parking space there, it is often hard to find parking in the town.
The sink water was not hot in the evening but we did not complain.

Breakfast choices great but not so much vegan for my daughter and location was very good for everything and nice comfortable beds but not big ones as I’m over 6’ tall it was smaller than hoped for

Everything was extremely good.- room comfortable, excellent breakfast and friendly (but, thankfully, not fussy!) service. Very nice atmosphere. We have already recommended it to friends.
I would have liked a firmer bed, but I know that soft mattresses are favoured in this country.

All the breakfast in one room and eating in the other room I.E food and drink.
