El ambiente del hoteles moderno y relajante las habitaciones, cómodas muy limpias... tienen un área de terraza muy linda con un bar

Alrededor del hotel el área tiene mucha construcción y no es muy bonito pero se compensa al llegar al hotel, esta cerca de downtown y tiendas a 5 minutos en carro

El arte y la tecnología

Que el desayuno es limitado. Lunes y martes restaurante esta cerrado…??

We loved how the staff was so welcoming and any question or concern we had, they did not hesitate to help. The hotel itself is so beautiful and filled with good vibes!

Beautiful atmosphere

From Canada and wanted to be in Miami for NYE. Purchased tickets (2x100$US) for your roof top NYE party, hence stayed in your hotel to avoid midnight travel. But your party was cancelled. You relocated us to the new venue but we had to pay the extra 100$ US in Uber costs and wait 2 hrs after midnight for a ride back to the hotel that we booked to avoid all this. NOT COOL! Since this review, the hotel got back to us. The NYE party was a contract company that moved the venue. Arlo thank you for communicating.

Die Lage in Wynwood zu den Graffitis, direkt im Art Viertel gelegen sowie, dass das Hotel sehr modern wirkt.

Unser Zimmer hatte einen direkten Blick auf eine riesige Baustelle, weshalb wir permanent die Jalousie unten hatten. Im Zimmer war es hellhörig. Was am meisten gestört hat war, dass nicht geputzt wurde. Der Boden war die Tage, an denen wir da waren (3 Nächte Aufenthalt) nicht geputzt worden, was mich total angewidert hat weil ich nach dem duschen über den schmutzigen Boden ins Bett musste.

The staff at the front desk especially that woman with black hair is kind of rude. we asked her about our deposit and our bags but she’s very sarcastic . I ended up getting charged for some stuff we didn’t order like some water or something and my deposit got on hold from the bank.

It’s across the road from a Salvation Army rehab accommodation, which I would not even comment on except for a few leering comments made as we walked passed with our 11yr old daughter. Had we kept on the Arlo’s side of the street I’d of given a 10

Friendly staff, comfortable room, and great pool. Food was good but be aware that there is a mandatory 20% service charge (similar to the rest of Miami).

Other than the immediate block surrounding the hotel, the area seemed unsafe with many unhoused people sleeping on the street and approaching us after parking. Hotel parking was expensive for the area so we opted for street parking.

Eindeutig das Personal! Extrem gut geschult und Kompetent. Vor allem mega freundlich! Habe sie alle ins Herzen geschlossen.

Die Klimaanlage! Sehr kalt und laut in der Nacht. Man konnte es nicht ganz abschalten. Nicht gut, da man sich schnell erkältet.
