Mein schönes und luxuriöses 4-stöckiges Haus verfügt über 5 geräumige Schlafzimmer, 5 Bäder (3 voll, 2 halb) und die Dachterrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf die Stadt und den St. Louis Arch. Mit modernen Möbeln, Geräten aus Edelstahl und hochwertigen Armaturen. Sehr zentral gelegen, von allen wichtigen Attraktionen von St. Louis aus, wird mein Zuhause definitiv Ihren Erwartungen entsprechen.
Die geräumige Hauptebene verfügt über eine maßgeschneiderte Küche mit einer wunderschönen Granitinsel und einem elektrischen Kamin. Riesige 8-Fuß-Fenster bieten viel natürliches Licht. Holzböden im gesamten.
Die luxuriöse Master Suite verfügt über eine Badewanne mit separater Dusche und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Weitere zwei Schlafzimmer auf derselben Etage mit separatem Badezimmer. In der obersten Etage befindet sich eine Penthouse-Suite mit Glasschiebetüren, die zur Dachterrasse führen.

We came down to visit to aquarium, arch and zoo.

Great location with plenty of space for a large family or group! The property was easy to access and the host waa responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this stay.

We had a group of 12, including 6 kids, and this property worked really well. There was a baby gate and a pack n' play available, which was great for our crawling infant. Stairs didn't seem too intense (we stuck the kids on the top floor) and the air conditioning kept up well. It was super nice that both vehicles fit in the garage. The acoustics of the house did let noise travel between rooms a bit, but the baby didn't wake anyone but his parents up when he cried, so it wasn't too crazy. Overall we had a great stay!

We, a group of 7 fifty-something high school friends, spent five days in this beautiful home. We really enjoyed the house! It is a great location - close to so many things. We really enjoyed the deck! Spent one evening eating Italian leftovers, drinking wine, and laughing until we cried. We would highly recommend this property.

Phenomenal large home with breathtaking views from the large rooftop balcony. Wonderful for family gatherings. Open floor plan is perfect for entertaining. Only 2 things to be aware of: lots of stairs (great free workout) and only queen size beds including the primary bedroom.

My group of friends from Indianapolis, Chicago and Nashville all met up to spend the weekend together and we absolutely loved our stay at this property. Everyone had nothing but good things to say about how nice this place was. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms, the rooftop view of the city was stunning, and the neighborhood felt safe and was conveniently located. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to visit STL!

This house really exceeded our expectations. Lots of room, nicely furnished and amazing location as we had meeting all of St. Louis. We found a lot of nice restaurants nearby and enjoyed the view on the penthouse patio. The only potential downside is there are a lot of stairs if you have little kids or those who would struggle as you have to navigate two sets of stairs to get to bedrooms with the exception of the one on the ground floor. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay! Housed 12 of us for the long weekend and it was the perfect amount of space. Living room could be cozier to fit more people. Would also suggest putting in the listing that the house has baby gates, pack n play and high chairs to make it more attractive to families.
We loved the upstairs patio, stayed up there every night enjoying the view. House had great AC, hot water, and a stocked kitchen full of all utensils that you may need.
We’d definitely stay again.

The property was beautiful, decor was absolutely tasteful and sleek....Loved it......l loved it so much, I extended for an additional day. We had a small group of family and friends staying for a week's vacation. The location was perfect for accessing the St. Louis attractions and had a beautiful view of the skyline, including The Arch. It felt like we were 10-15 minutes from everything. The property was clean, modern, and felt very safe and secure. Check-in and check-out was simple. No complaints at all. We would definitely stay here again.

The Gate was a perfect location for our family spring break trip to St. Louis. We had our family of 6 - our children are ages 20, 18, 16 and 15, so the 5 bedrooms separated by floors gave everyone there own area to retreat when they needed it. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked. It's perfect for cooking meals in with the table seating 6 comfortably and the large island accommodating 6 as well. The Livingroom is large with a big screen TV for watching games and shows. The rooftop patio is a great view with a table and chairs for relaxing. There is also a smaller balcony with chairs off the Livingroom. The garage was awesome to have and fit two large trucks. There is a driveway too and a small yard to the side of the house that is fenced. It was perfect for yard games (there is a grill out there too). The Gate has 4 floors with several steps between each floor. The master bedroom has a great bathroom and walk-in closet! The area is safe and everything is so close (5 minute drive) including coffee, grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores, and of course all the attractions in the downtown St. Louis area (10 minute drive).Communication with host Remi was timely. I would highly recommend The Gate for a group like ours! Thanks! -Mary

This house was a great stay for our family. The view was beautiful from the fourth floor patio. There are four floors so for the elders in our group the stairs did get exhausting in our four day stay. The place was as shown in the pictures. Remi was a very accommodating host and checkin was easy. Thank you!

We had a great stay here. The pantry was conveniently stocked and it was really handy having a washer and dryer. The house is nicely furnished, with plenty of room for our group of 7. We enjoyed a spectacular view from the top floor deck. Be aware that this property is on four levels, with three flights of stairs, so make sure that's acceptable.
